This was my first time dealing with Port City Cars and it was nothing but a great experience! Steve went above and beyond to meet my needs! He did all my financing, and had everything done before I made my final purchase. When I went in to make my purchase, all I had to do was sign a few papers & I was on my way with my new car. He explained everything very well & I never felt pressured one time! Thank you, Steve at Port City Cars!

We were able to schedule a time and day to test drive the car and then buy it all in one day. They worked with us knowing we were in a bit of a time crunch and stayed a bit late to make sure we were able to get it that day. We loved the service and the car we ended up buying is amazing. I was looking for a great car with an affordable price. I went to port city automotive and found exactly what I was looking for. Steve was such a great help I highly recommend.

Steve was wonderful! There was no pressure and the transaction went very smooth with him. He was patient with me while waiting for my lender to do their part. He communicated well and I LOVE my new vehicle.

Steve helped me out when I was in a rough spot and got me into a nice vehicle at an affordable price. He also accommodated any reasonable complaints I had about the vehicle prior to the purchase. I will be a repeat buyer from them due to the fact I was treated like a person and not like a customer. Hats off to Steve.

Lots of nice vehicles of all different types and prices. I bought a car today. Financing went smoothly and was fast and easy to do. Tony was awesome and knows his vehicles well.

I highly recommend this place. Friendly, and helpful staff. My vehicle broke on me on a Friday and I went and looked at a truck there. Test drove a couple decided on one and by Saturday afternoon I took it home. Very helpful with financing. Would have drove it home Friday evening but an error on the banks part stopped that. Steve caught it right away and tried to correct it and get me in the truck Friday night. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We were thrilled to find the kind of jeep we were looking for local in Muskegon at Port City Cars. Purchased Dec 2021. They were so great to work with, very nice. They even offered to replace the battery which had to be jumped for us to test drive; small thing but a big gesture in my opinion. We will work with them again!

Made the drive to look at a very clean and well prepared Jeep Liberty. The vehicle was exactly as the pictures presented it. Very clean and surprisingly better condition than expected. Prep work and consideration to putting a safe and well prepared vehicle on his lot, was clearly evident.
