Marco's Pizza

I waited a long time for my pizza this Friday night, but that’s because everyone and their mother wanted pizza this Friday night. I am leaving a five star review regardless because my pizza was hot and fresh, and I saw the effort. The manager, Shawn, was running around making things happen amidst the chaos of this dinner rush. Still, he maintained good spirits and a friendly attitude, doing his best even with a horde of hangry people harrumphing in the lobby. Kudos to you Shawn and thank you Marcos for a good pizza and an opportunity for me to practice patience.

We always get delivery and haven't placed any orders in a while..I went on my Marcos app and it wanted a password and account and and no op6 to just call and order a dang pizza...it literally took me 20 minutes to sign up,Blah,blah,blah.. all I'm saying is Please remember your older patrons that are not as savvy on this high tech stuff ,WE do still exist! Piza8 was great ,as usual!!

Pizza is good and the staff is kind too.I was nervous while ordering, but he explained it in detail, so I ate delicious pizza with my family. Thank you ^^

The sub shop next door to Marco's Pizza recommended that I try Marcos meatball sub and it was really good the cheese was super thick and tons of Meatballs

This location is typically very busy due to the location of being by Publix, however, the pizza is always good and staff is friendly. Recently tried their sandwiches and those are good, also. For those writing really angry complaints, it is a PIZZA PLACE with young people working there, not a fine dining establishment. Give them a little grace.

Amazing food and staff. Shawn always is the friendliest face. The pizza is always hot and fresh. The topping are plentiful.

First time visiting. We dined in and was surprised how fast the food was brought out to us. My wife and friend shared a large Greek salad. They said it was absolutely delicious. We had plenty to bring home too. I also ordered us a large meat pizza. It was loaded with toppings and our friend couldn't stop saying how great it was. We will definitely return.

Although they seem understaffed, our order is correct. I like the way I can order online, go into Publix behind their Chapin location, and know my order will be ready in about 10 minutes. Very efficient. *TIP* If you go through the app, you will typically be offered a nice coupon/discount code for your order.

We ordered over the phone and went by to pick it up. Pizza was ready, quick checkout, great staff. Highly recommend this Marco’s.

We just wanted to thank our local Marco's of Chapin for saving the day with grace. We ordered 2 pies online on 7/31 and an hour and half later the kids called me at work to say it never arrived. I called to check with Marco's who could not fnd the order but still sent 2 pies to the kids very quickly.. When I got home from work I found the pies had been delivered to my house instead of the house the kids were at. Totally my mistake! I called back and explained what happened and offered to pay for the other 2 pies but they said they appreciated our business and to just keep them. You guys will surely have our business, we have always loved ur food and appreciate you taking care of us!

First visit to Chapin's Marco's Pizza. It was the end of a long day, so I was glad they were still open. The staff was cheerful zn d friendly. I caught up on emails as I waited for my take out order. To my surprise and delight, my order was brought to me with a smile and a wish for a good evening! The food was a good as the service!!!

We drove up expecting to go in and look at a menu, but the lobby was closed. We could not remember the name of the item we wanted and the online menu didn't list it. An employee came out to make a car delivery and very politely assisted us complete with a paper menu, taking the order ,payment and subsequent car delivery. It was great.

First time we had Marco's pizza was in Sumter, S. C. Now that we have one within 20 minutes we will be eating from there more often. Thanks Marco's and the pizza we got tonight was delicious.

I don't know why Google is allowing another review, but we just moved to Chapin and we love this place. Eating here at least once a week. Friendly staff, polite delivery drivers, food is always hot! We're fans for life!

Me and my son went in for a late night dinner and decided to try marcos in chapin again for the second time . The manger on duty was very kind. He made sure we had everything we needed i think his name was dalton i will definitely be going back soon .thank you for coming to chapin sc !
