McDonald's

Quite literally the best McDonalds experience I have had! The food was hot and fresh. Perfectly salty. They remembered every single part of our order (sauces, extra pickles, etc). The staff was friendly. There is some construction at the exit but DEFINITELY worth it!

We stopped by to use the restroom. I got a McDouble and a 6 piece McNugget happy meal by ordering in the app and picking up inside the store. The food was ready after a few minutes, and the food was really good. The nuggets were fresh and juicy, and the McDouble was as expected. The inside was a little busy but they were completing the orders pretty quickly, which was awesome. This was a nice experience!

I don’t know who is back there cooking at this location, but give that man a raise. As good as it gets.

Dinning room was way to cold for 50 degrees out side. But my food was at a great temperature.

Such a treat to stay here. So many planned events, great grounds that are clean and safe, and the staff is always willing to help...and very polite. We will definitely be back!

My husband is the one of the managers there Stephen. They always have hot fresh food and friendly service every single time we go!

mobile ordered as soon as we pulled into the parking lot & let the dog walk outside while someone went into grab the food and was out within 5 minutes with hot, fresh food. the bathrooms were so clean and the inside appearance was so tidy and clean.

Went through the drive thru and my fries weren't very hot. BUT, I asked for hot fries 🍟 and there was no hesitation! It was yes ma'am, would u mind pulling up?! I was treated with the utmost respect and they did not disappoint! Thank you so much guys!! 💖 #greattimeonmycheatday

Hard to give 5 stars yo a McDonald's, but this one got it all right, was fast, and friendly. With all the construction in the area, we didn't want to have to wait long, but we were in and out in no time... Thanks!

The Mcgriddle sausage,egg, and cheese was off the chain. I hardly eat out, but was hungry before an early appointment and the staff were very courteous and friendly. Peace.

The staff is always great and easygoing, the food is always good and especially Mrs. Lilly is always friendly upon entering.

McDonald’s is always a good experience. The staff was kind and quick. They did not mess up our order and the line got through really fast which I’d appreciated when I am in a rush at lunch time. They give the correct amount of ranch to chicken nugget ratio as well.

Probably the fastest McDonald’s ever. Super friendly staff, and very clean stop on our trip. Also has a play place available for kiddos

Not as crowded as some. There are 2 lanes for drive thru. The 2 for 6 dollars are the deal. The dollar.menu has been shortened. The person cud not hear when we ordered so we turned off the engine. Seriously a guy pulled past the window and blocked the exit. Also a takeout deliverer couldn't cross with this guy being unaware of himself. Finally got around him without him moving. Ugh. Food was good still hot.

We've been coming to this Chapin location for quite some time and since we're local to this store, visit once or twice a week. Especially easy for meals on scout nights and evenings we're too busy to cook. The management recently changed and the quality of the staff and the friendliness of the crew is certainly evident of that. Always greeted, sometimes by name, we've gotten to know a few of the crew, and our orders are always correct, hot and fresh.

Today though, they really set themselves apart from the rest. I've been using the McDonald's app and building tens of thousands of points. Today was my son's 8th birthday party and I was hoping to use the points to order almost thirty burgers and chicken sandwiches. Didn't realize you couldn't until I was on my way. Points can only be applied to one item per order. I explained my dilemma to Miss L the general manager. Wonderful woman to talk with! She explained in more detail about the mobile app, and offered to ring up our large order herself. Of course, the "birthday boy" was with me.

When we got to the register, I ended up ordering 16 McDoubles, 11 McChicken sandwiches, and 40 chicken nuggets. The order was close to $90. Then Miss L began hitting some buttons on the register, and applied a substantial discount. Something I certainly wasn't expecting. She then looked at my son and said, "Happy Birthday". I'm absolutely speechless by her actions.

Fast food places get a bad rap at times. But the actions, food and customer service I experienced today didn't just gain my support. It gained my gratitude and renewed my past comments that the Chapin McDonald's far surpasses other locations in customer service, friendly attitude and food service.

I'm beyond grateful and feel blessed for what I experienced today.

This was literally the best McDonald's we have been to service wise. The cashier was very friendly and seemed to actually love her job which is rare. The food was literally ready before we filled our drinks. We ate outside at a picnic table due to covid and the seating area being closed and while eating I noticed the drive thru moved like clockwork. I know this is a review for a fast food chain restaurant but credit is due when credit is due. Thank you!

Stopped here mid drive while on a trip to grab a quick bite to eat in the morning. The lady in the drive through was very patient and kind with us through our entire process of ordering and paying. The girl who gave us our food loved our dog. :) Food was hot and ready to go as soon as we pulled up to the window. We will definitely stop here again if the opportunity ever comes!
