Sonic Drive-In

First Sonic I’ve been to with a dining room. The experience was excellent. The cashier was seriously the nicest person I’ve ever encountered in fast food and I very much appreciate that. The dining room was meticulously decorated festively for the holidays and the overall experience was top notch. Order was quick, correct, and tasty.

My wife said it was her favorite of all the burger joints ha ha she loves the tater tots... food is good, prices reasonable and staff very friendly. This was my first visit and I must say, not bad at all. I Will be back.

Absolutely phenomenal food. Was in there with my siblings and grandma. Never in my 16 years of life have I ever had a crispy chicken sandwich as phenomenal as that. Staff was cool and the guy who took our order was awesome (shout out to the guy with long hair and the Weezer pin on his hat). Definitely coming back soon.

Food was excellent as usual. The kitchen staff at this time (5pm weeknight) are wonderful. Shake was delicious. Only bad thing was some woman who let her kid run wild in the dining room---but that's not Sonic's fault, just bad Chapin parenting!

Clean and pleasant inside the store. Great tots and shakes. The mini shake is still pretty big for a 4-year-old.

Food was freshly made, place was clean. Nate dog was a phenomenal employee, very helpful!

Omg Sonic is awesome. Who needs Starbucks when Sonic has pup cups!!!! Diogee was so happy. This is his 2nd trip and he is so happy. Thanks Cheyenne and Laura from 1st trip other night. You guys rock

I stopped by Sunday morning to grab a breakfast burrito and a drink. The guy at the drive thru, Alex, took the time to explain to me how getting a large drink would save me money since I was not getting a combo. He did ask me if I wanted to make it a combo, but when I declined, he explained that instead of the medium drink I ordered, I should get a large to save myself some money and that at that particular time in the AM, the large drinks were cheaper than the medium.

It’s not a huge amount of money but my point is that Alex took the time at 6:30-7:30am to explain it when most places/people would not have even cared enough to say anything at all.

So great job, Alex. The burrito was very good as well so 5 stars. I will for sure be back soon.

Went through Drive thru and service was great.

No cussin' , no fussin' , just great food served up fast and hot every single time I go there. The Chapin Sonic is the best!!! 5 stars all the way!

We were able to eat in the dining room. The restaurant was very clean and service was really fast. Our server was the assistant manager and was very polite! We love our Sonic in Chapin. Wanted a milkshake but it was a little too cold outside for that.

The team working obviously enjoyed working and working together. We stopped for ice cream, which was delicious. Will likely try it next time through for their food!

I didn’t get the name of my carhop, but that was by far the best service I’ve had at sonic in my life. Not only was it probably the quickest I got my food, she ran to my vehicle multiple times to make sure I had everything. The level of service I just received puts sonic in a whole different level of quality. It might not have seemed like much, but the attention to detail and effort I just saw definitely didn’t go unnoticed.

Countless times I have asked for extra Maraschino Cherries in the cherry limeade at other locations and only this once have they asked if I meant cherries or cherry syrup and lo and behold they did it right and were happy to do it! I love this place and commend April for her stellar service!

This was the nicest sonic I've been to. Offers the drive in and standard drive thru. Has a very nice covered outdoor area to eat. What I loved the most was the indoor dining area very cozy and nicely decorated. Even offered a sitting area next to brick wall with electric fireplace. Order ar the counter and the friendly staff brings the food to your table.

Just stopped in for a drink and some poppers. It was all good. The strawberry lemonade was packed with fresh strawberries.

The best sonic drive-in I've seen. Lots of interior and exterior seating. Very clean and friendly. We pass through this area 2 times a year, returned for second meal at this sonic. I still stand by earlier above statements.
