This is the 2nd bike I’ve bought from Pro Caliber. First one was a 22 Royal Enfield Himalayan and now just trade that towards a 2024 Yamaha R7. Everyone is always super nice and helpful but super shoutout to Kylee Tobias in finance for just working extra hard and going above and beyond to get this bike for me! I’ll always go back and recommend them to everyone!

I recently bought a new snowmobile from Pro Caliber and had a great experience. They had the best price within 500 Miles of Bend. Ryan, the sales person, the GM and everyone else there was very nice and helpful. I would recommend them for the great prices and their helpful team. Thanks guys!

Pro caliber made it really easy to purchase a motorcycle not having it stock, So they brought it in came in less than a month. I filled an application, got approved and picked up the bike. The sales department was knowledgeable and friendly. And of course Kaylee not only did A great job on the financing end. She was fun to talk to and helpful while getting the bike paperwork finish and loaded.

I have been talking with them since last June when I wanted to surprise my husband with a birthday motorcycle. My husband put the kibosh on that for one reason or another. I called back a few months later to see about transporting the bike from bend to klamath falls (husband is newbie). That didn't pan out. Last week, I called again (/hey were still talking to me!!!) About a bike on sale. This time, everything fell I to place. We bought the bike Saturday. Sam, the sales guy, couldn't have been nicer and more efficient. Kylee, the finance mgr, is a real gem and expert at her job. Proclaimed Sports made it EASY to get the bike hubby wanted at a price we could handle. Can't say enough great things about the staff and their patience with me. Heartily recommend them and will buy from them in the future.

I was shopping for enduro jackets online and wend by Pro Caliber to see what they had in stock so I could actually touch 'em and try sizes. Well, they had the Klim jacket I was interested in and seeing it in person sold me on it. AND, their price was LESS than any online retailer. Thanks guys!

What a flawless and painless transaction. Sam was very helpful in finding the perfect machine for my needs. The application process was fast and fluid. It was my first time ever owning anything tgis new and still in a crate. Thank you for the new outlander 700 pro!!

I had been meaning to get the rear tire on my motorcycle replaced because it was showing belts and today the clutch went out on my car. I called up the guys at Pro Caliber and not only did they have a tire for me, but they were able to get me into the shop last min towards the end of thier day to get my tire installed so I could make it to work! They were incredibly fast and provided amazing service for me and had me back on the road in no time. Thank you to all the guys and gals of Pro Caliber, you guys serve your community well and I appreciate it very much!

My husband and I had bought a couple of Groms last year and though we really enjoyed them, we were ready for something bigger. We had reached out to Pro Caliber looking for a specific bike. Unfortunately they didn't have it, however our sales man Dylan helped us find something that not only checked all the boxes, but was also a much better price. We ended up riding away with two new bikes that I think we will love and have for a long time! Shout out to Kylee, Dylan and the Pro Caliber management for always taking care of us!

Dylan is awesome. I went in with both my sons to get dirt bikes and the bike we wanted for my younger son was not built yet and was still in the crate in the shop. He promptly arranged for the bike to get put together within an hour and we were able to take both bikes home for the boys. I bought two new bikes from them! Dan, the owner is awesome! And gave me a really good deal on both bikes! They gave me top dollar for my trade in as well! Easy transaction, only complaint was the bike was $100 over msrp and then $800 more for “freight and setup”. I didn’t know it was my responsibility to pay to remove the bike from the crate and put the wheels on.

I took my customized Zero SR in to get a fairly straightforward service done, or so I’d been told by Ferndale Zero in WA. These guys put the pro in Pro Caliber. Excellent customer service and willing to work with me. Turns out I was led astray by Zero WA and I asked for a non serviceable part to be installed. As I was traveling, they put off other jobs to take care of me and dove into the issue. 3 hours later, turns out I have a broken charger. The fuse I provided wasn’t the issue. To be fair, everyone learned a lesson from the experience and I hope others taking their bikes ask ahead for the diagnostic fee and an estimate before repairs start. Zero is still in the pioneering stages and most shops only have one certified tech.
Definitely would bring my bike here again.

We called in the morning about buying a specific dirt bike that they had but not assembled. They not only put the bike today same day but did so short handed. We arrived a little early to pick it up and the staff was very kind and even apologized for the wait.

GREAT. Drove 1700 miles, 34 hours straight because the price was right. Got back at 2am, riding at 11am. Bought 2 summit edge 850's. Great sleds. Thanks kylee.
