United States Postal Service

NOT A POST OFFICE its a DISTRIBUTION CENTER for packages to be sent to and from. There is no take a number and wait in line. No Po Boxes or stamps for sale just a little room for those who want to send mail and packages.

This is not a regular post office with front desk services. Only a room with PO Boxes (and a mail distribution center).

I have packages that make it across the country through real distribution centers like New York and Chicago in 1-2 days, as soon as my orders get to Bismarck they sit for a week out on airport road, absolute worst postal service in country possibly, and don’t bother trying to get ahold of someone, customer service or public service whatever it is non existent. Fire post master immediately

Ordered a package with express shipping Said it would be 2-4 days and it’s been in the same spot for 2 days it’s day 3 definitely will not be getting it tomorrow

Package was in Billings MT sent to Bismarck then sent back to Billings and again to Bismarck. Has been sitting in Bismarck for 5 days still hasn't left there. Crazy

This whole Bismarck post office system is usless and the postmaster should be ashamed to show her face around town. Can’t even pick packages up when they can’t even deliver them on time. Any where else besides Bismarck I can physically pick the package up. Put the postmaster on the unemployment line and find someone competent.

Went to the one on airport road because I was waiting for a package that had been sitting at the office for 3 days after being delayed due to a snow storm. Lady on the phone said I could come grab it. I showed up and they told me I couldn’t and that I’d have to wait another two days before it arrived at my house even though I needed it that day. I went to work and got a notification that they lost the package (2 hours before I showed up and they never informed me). Ever since then everything I order that comes through usps is delayed. Never expect your usps packages to be on time through them. They delay them the second they hit the building. The lady told me word for word “free shipping packages get delayed instantly so we can prioritize the paid shipping packages”.

Packages sit there for days if not a week before they send them out.

If I could give negative stars, I would max the amount out. It's year 2018 and they don't even have a working phone number. It's absolutely impossible to get ahold of anyone to help you. My package gets delivered to their distribution center and sits for a minimum of 3-4 days before it ever moves to get delivered, even with 2 day shipping. I can't believe service like this is even accepted anymore. PLEASE, at least get a valid phone number posted somewhere on the internet.

I've had 17 packages since Jan 22 all get delayed and arrive late once they hit Bismarck, they say transferring to another carrier and sit for 3+ days, same thing every time SO FRUSTRATING!

There is not a more maliciously incompetent group of slovenly human beings than this god awful post office. Do not trust them to handle anything important.

We do not get our mail for up to a week at a time or longer, generally we have to go to the annex and get it ourselves. I would welcome back the pony express!!

My mail is continually misdelivered or lost. The USPS has been no help. I just got off the phone after letting it ring for 4 minutes with no answer.

Packages have been stuck there for over 2 weeks. Now my meds have been stuck there for over a week. Thank goodness my pharmacy let me get more. This is insane.

wish I could give negative stars! Package has been in town for 3 days and yet still no delivery, as well True it is so hard to get a hold of anybody to do anything there! Worst USPS in the country...
