The staff specifically Mrs. Jamie (I hope I spelled that correctly) is very professional and is very knowledgeable about what their services has to offer. We support our mom as a family team effort and her caregiver is now apart of that family team. We couldn’t thank Jamie and the diamond they have given us in Ms. Naysha. We have peace of mind knowing that my mom is supported in such a caring way. Thank you for being an answer to prayer central Illinois care services.

Just talked to a nice lady at the office, who told me they can provide all the help I’ll need after my hip replacement. So relieved!!!

Very unprofessional, they expect you to already know what kind of client that you’re going to be helping. Nicole is a rude white piece of trailer trash. Nicole feels she can talk to any one any kind of way because she is a manager. When in reality you have to give respect to get it. On top of them only paying 16.00 hr to do CNA WORK is crazy. Too much has to be done and only getting little hours and little mileage pay. I wouldn’t recommend no one to work or anyone to have a family member as a client through them.

The caregivers that were sent to care for my son were unqualified and basically did nothing but sit on the couch and look at their phones. The supervisor (Suzette) sent a person several times that she was well aware was not qualified to use a hoyer lift to put my son to bed. We were promised their girls were trained to use a hoyer lift but even after my husband worked with one of the girls several times she still couldn’t do it. They did a poor job of taking care of my son’s personal needs which is very important in keeping him healthy. They did absolutely no cleaning or laundry. They didn’t even wipe off the kitchen table after he ate. We were looking for someone to care for my son - not a babysitter. Zero stars from me.

They posted about a $300.00 hiring insentive (bonus) but they don't pay you for training they say that's what the $300.00 new hire insentive is for. So it's not a new hire insentive at all it's you paying for your own training that they require. They give you 100.00 of that in your first check then the other 200.00 after 90 days.

Lies about the pay then when you say something they get mad when you want to quit then don’t want to give out ur w2s

You guys are rotten. So dysfunctional and never have qualified staff to fill in and rarely available.
