The grooming is amazing and so helpful and understanding when a issue comes up. I will continue to bring my cockapoo and both of my big dogs. I love this place and I'm thankful for them.

Never an issue at this store. Employees are always friendly. Frequently smells like dog urine and I've seen it at times where owners don't clean up after their dog pees (which is disgusting and irresponsible) but the employees can only keep up so much. I know they probably try and customers just stink.

It was an OK visit.. normally they are stocked and never have an issue but today was not the case and I get it but a lil disappointed.

I love going here and looking at the animals. Good place for buying fish too. This is where I have bought my Guinea pigs too.

Nice store, and they do a great job at grooming my poodles.

Great and knowledgeable customer service in the store. Prices pretty high though. The groomers have never let me down. Daisy has been going for 2 1/2 years. The vets are great.

Got my baby groomed yesterday and asked them to pay attention to the features on her face. Last year I had her done in the fall and everything was cut down and she just didn't look like herself. She looks amazing!! She is strutting around totally happy. Thank you!

While look at different animals, we had the best service.

I have a pit mix that has shown aggression towards other animals so I drive past the closest PetSmart to get my dog groomed at this spot. The separate entrance is an added level of comfort for me. And we seem to always get Faith when we go, can't recommend her enough. She is so gentle with my dog and I know she will be safe with Faith and she takes every precaution to keep not only my dog safe but the other dogs getting groomed.

Always take care of my doggies when giving them a trip and bath.

The other night I went in close to closing time because I got caught up in things at work. (I try not to do this to businesses but I had no other options this particular day.) I needed some new clippers for a new rescue dog I just brought home. The two ladies working on 2/25/22 were fantastic. They helped me find the right products, even though the store was almost closed. Even price matched a competitors pricing. I will always go here because of their kindness. Bless their hearts. They made my whole weekend. And the clippers worked!!

After 2.5 years of trying to get my dog to enjoy baths at home, I don't think it's going to happen. This was a stress free process to take her in for bath and nail trim. I was told she was a good girl! I'll be going back! She was nervous going in (normal for her), but seemed happy when I picked her up and was all clean! Thank you, Faith, for taking good care of Piper. :)

A bit in the shadow of Walmart but easy to find on a main street. Everything you would expect to find in a pet store but somehow I was surprised by the diversity of the pet food available here
I think the placement of the fish off to the side in their own area is probably better for the fish. If I wanted a minimally stressed fish, this would be the place to buy it.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.
