I have had the pleasure to work with Maxim Healthcare Services for almost 5 years. Throughout my tenure I have seen many many patients - Pediatric and Adult- progress to a health status that they did not think was possible. This stems from their in depth train-up programs, up to date documentation/alert technology and their laser focused compliance teams.

From a customer service standpoint they are also top notch. Their schedulers/recruiters and Field Support team are prepared at a moments notice to assist in troubleshooting any issue I'm experiencing. I couldn't be happier to be a part of the Maxim team and look forward to working with them for many years to come!

I have been with this company for almost two years. Maxim thoroughly supports, not only their office employees, but their caregivers and patients in every way. They have a great training program for their nurses so that they can be the most efficient nurses they can be, not only for their license they work hard to receive, but as an asset to the company for our patients. Maxim cares for all patients: big, small, homebound, and school kiddos. Having Maxim in your life, in any way, would be a huge benefit, whether it be receiving nursing services or being employed by them.

The team is excellent, and they are willing to help you, no matter what the situation is and if they dont have the answer for you they will go above and beyond to get you that answer. You don't hear that very much anymore these days!

Fairview Heights, IL. As a Registered Nurse this has been the Absolute worst Hiring Process I've ever been through. In a two month period I trained a total of 7 days. Not because I wasn't available because no one in that office was on the same page.They didn't have adequate staff to train me. And, apparently there was a lack of communication. I quit a full time job with excellent benefits because I was offered more money. Not only once but twice. Only to be terminated because I needed to switch days to do a 3rd clinical due to a death in my family. I was lied to numerous times and never once did a Nursing Supervisor contact me until I mentioned working for another company. Then when I asked for MY dates that I worked no one would even reply until I called the Head Office and spoke to someone. I've worked with Pediatric clients for years and have never experienced anything like this. I would not recommend working for this company to Anyone! I have never once in my entire Career Called the Integrity Hoteline. However, due to Discrimation and Maxim refusing to give me my personal information that I didn't have access to I called twice. I've never worked for a more unprofessional, unorganized company. Many of the 5 star reviews below my Review are from Office Personnel in Fairview Heights. UPDATE 08/25/20. Thank you for acknowledging and responding to my review. Under different circumstances I would have never put this out there for the public to see. However, after talking to your Employees since being terminated it's obvious they are attempting to tie things up with a "Pretty little Bow". I do, however, have saved text messages to prove the Chaos that occurred.not to even mention being told by the Clinical Nurse that i was unable to work for Maxim, then called by Ian H who is also a supervisor telling me "quote" things were handled wrong and I wasn't fired!?!? Anyway, I do hope you try to get to the bottom of things because it's not only me and other Respectable Nurses suffering it your Clients and their Families as well. My current plan is to talk to someone who doesn't work in the Fairview Heights office who is not only concerned but has an investment or a "Risk" in this company. From what I've experienced the majority of them are coasting along.
