I had a fantastic experience working with Morgan at Local Motors and could not recommend him and his business more strongly. No sleazy, high pressure, “let me talk to the manager” nonsense here. Morgan was honest, knowledgeable, helpful, relaxed and willing to work with me to find solution that fit my needs. He even took this picture of me with the car! Just an all around great guy, a true pro and a person that I really enjoyed working with. I’m thrilled with the car that I bought from Local Motors and am so grateful that I came across Morgan and his business. If you’re looking for a used car in Bend, this is the spot to get one!

We purchased a really nice Jeep Liberty from Morgan at Local Motors 2 years ago and had a great experience! Since then, I've kept my eye on their lot, knowing that we would eventually upgrade our Jeep Cherokee to something that handles better in the winter. I pulled in on a whim one day and fell in love with a Toyota Sequoia, sitting pretty on the lot! I called about the details and Morgan got back to me the same day! We arranged a test drive the following week, and had it checked out by our mutual mechanic! Nothing to hide here!!! A few things needed repaired and this team jumped right on it!
I can't say enough about the integrity of Morgan and his mechanic (who also became our mechanic after our initial purchase 2 years ago!)
Morgan is more than a used car salesman... he cares about the safety and satisfaction of his customers! His low pressure approach to sales is only a piece of his magic... he genuinely wants to match people to the vehicles that will meet their needs, and their budget!
It's for all these reasons and more, that I didn't even look at another lot when I was ready to replace my Jeep... I knew after our first purchase that I wasn't going anywhere else!

We actually made the 3 hour drive to the valley 3 times in the month before trying to secure a second vehicle. But after dealing with dishonest, greedy uncaring salesmen for countless hours, I'm so grateful we came across Local Motors and Morgan. A truly genuine old school honest car dealership. Won't ever go anywhere else. Morgan was very helpful in helping us learn about buying our first car. We bought a used Honda pilot from him over a year ago and have never had any problems. He even offered that we could take the car to a mechanic of our choice before we buy. He is very down to earth and was patient with us. He had the best prices I had seen in town after going to several places over a weeks period of time. Local motors was the most comfortable I had been in my search for a car. When we get another car I will be returning

Supremely Awesome Very Friendly, just bought an ‘03 Infiniti FX45 from Morgan @ local motors. I traveled from Seattle and he stayed late for me because I had to work.The SUV was just as stated in the ad, tons of great pictures. I’m happier every day I drive it, well worth the 10 hr round trip drive. I’d definitely buy from again and would recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a dependable vehicle, and a likes a trustworthy business.

This place is great. Bought an awesome Eurovan camper from Morgan at Local Motors. Car was as clean as can be, and Morgan was very nice and accommodating. He even covered some unexpected costs, AND shipped the car all the way to me in Portland at no charge. He was very patient while I sorted out financing. This is how used car dealerships SHOULD be. I recommend anyone to check it out! Very happy to have done business here.

Morgan is top notch. If you want an honest used car person, talk to Morgan. I may not have gotten a car from him, but that was of no fault of his. My car's engine threw a rod, stranding me in bend with no transportation. I sat in the office as he called every lending contact he had, trying to find one that could lend to me since I lived in Idaho. Although he couldn't find one in his network, it wasn't for lack of trying. He probably spent an hour and a half on the phone trying to help me. Not to mention, he offered help the night before when I ran into him as my broken down car was being dropped at the mechanic next to him. He even helped push my broke down car onto the tow trailer when I finally decided to just tow my clunker home. Morgan was nothing but polite, courteous, and genuinely interested in helping me out, whether I bought a car or not was the least of his concern. He was genuinely concerned about me getting back home. If I still lived in Oregon, I'd go to Morgan first to buy a car.

Amazing guys!! No pressure ,they followed through with what was promised. I had a problem they stepped right up and made it right. The best experience buying a auto, I'm 47 so it wasn't my first time dealing with lots. So if they don't have what your looking for Morgan will find it. Had a good experience at Local Motors. I sold them a vehicle and two of their staff (one being the owner) were very honest and up front, but with no pressure. The other staff member was also very friendly to my kid while I was doing paperwork. These guys try hard to earn business by being honest, thorough and helpful. Their inventory is clean of a wide variety. They are respectful of what you are looking for and try to work with you to make something happen, even if you don't want to drive something home that day. I highly recommend a visit to Local Motors if you are in the market for a used vehicle.

I had just gotten out of a four day stay at the hospital in Bend after rolling my truck outside of Burns. These guys gave me a sweet cash deal on a vehicle. I especially liked their candidness and honesty. Not your typical used car lot smarminess you experience at other lots. Thanks to them, I was able to continue on on my road trip to the East Coast. I highly recommend this dealership for purchasing a used car! Morgan is like no other......and I mean that in a good way! I bought a vehicle from him with an easy online credit approval and I didn't think that I would be qualified for any financing! The process was quick and painless. After I bought the vehicle there were some issues that came up that Morgan was unaware of and fixed them immediately without hesitation! About a month ago I went in to Local Motors in search of buying my first car. Being new to the experience, I was a bit timid and unsure.
I was pleasantly surprised and appreciative of the service I received from beginning to end. Everyone that assisted me was kind, helpful, professional, understanding and approachable.
I would highly recommend going there if you are in search of a vehicle--
I doubt you could find better service anywhere! (And if/when I need a car again long down the road, I will be sure to stop in here first).
I am still as much in love with my car now as I was leaving the lot AND I was very pleased with the negotiated price.
