Bojangles

Stopped by as I was craving a biscuit. They had the gall to threaten me with hot bo rounds so you know what I took them up on that offer cause who don't have an extra min for that. All kidding aside food is good and the workers are wonderful.

Update still the best bojangles I have ever been to.

Update to older review: today (Tuesday Aug 24th 2021 at 10:45am) my wife and I went in to get something to eat. We wanted to try the new Bo-sandwich.

The drive-thru was busy but no one inside. There were 4 or so employees working.

We made our orders and waited and while we were waiting we noticed how tired the staff looked. I didn't want to be nosy but had to ask a couple of the ladies at the counter if they were working long hours to which they replied "yes". Pur heartstrings got pulled as we realized they were working many hours due to being short staffed from the 'rona virus, probably.

They were working hard and pushing orders out as efficiently as they could. We took our orders and I thanked them for being there and providing a service for us. I wish I could have given them a big tip.

Whoever the manager was that was there that day, please thank your crew for us again (and thank YOU also), and please take care of them.

By the way, the "Bo" chicken sandwich was cooked fresh and delicious. Thanks for having us as guests.

This is your average Bojangles as far as food selection, quality and price go. There are several Bojangles within a 20 mile radius and they all are basically the same: walk-up counter, biscuit menu, standard greasy breakfast fare, which is not a complaint, it just is what it is.

I enjoy the steak, egg and cheese biscuit. I can't eat one every day but they are delicious.

This particular Bojangles in Rockmart is always well staffed, clean, and relatively fast. Tea is usually fresh which is a plus. Staff is always friendly. I eat here twice a month or so. Would recommend.

Been since the Summer of 2020 that I've been here, but as the only Bojangles I've been to that has Coke products on tap, they get 5 stars from me.

Went through drive through ordered 6 biscuits and we had our order in around 2 minutes. Food good, jelly and napkins added with a come back and see us have a great day. Outstanding service.

I love Bojangles chicken biscuits!! They are fast and the biscuits are the best! So yummy! And this Bojangles in Rockmart always has fresh biscuits anytime of the day!

Had the Cajun chicken biscuit, and it was excellent.

No matter what time of the day, this place can handle the business quickly and correctly!

Long wait but the absolute best drive thru service I've ever received. I didn't catch the man's name but he seemed like a manager & was the most polite and attentive worker I've seen in fast food for awhile. Will be back many times

I visit frequently because I love the food and I have never had bad food at this location. They were super fast today with lots of hustling team members.

The food was good. Recently every visit I have had there, the food has been better than it was in the past. Staff is good. With the exception of the girl waiting on us walked away without so much as a word because someone in the back was yelling for a piece of chicken... so she just left while we were ordering. Stayed gone and some little guy came up and finished taking our order for us. But the food came out fast and was good.

Always fast, always fresh and always good. Honestly the fastest and best Fast Food restaurant in all of Rockmart. The others are super slow compared to this Bojangles.

Best customer service I’ve had in a while . I believe the guys name was Austin . He was great , he got our food in a timely manner . Will definitely be going back .

I went through the Drive through and they was a long line, i thought this was goibg to take awhile but it didn't. I was out of there fast. Food hot & Delicious, Employees super nice.

All around ok. first time in a while dining room closed for some time. Evering was good ,fresh, and clean will be back soon. Been back EXCELLENT EMPLOYEES. GOOD FOOD FAIR PRICE

Love this place and miss it since my family and I moved to Louisiana 4 yrs ago from Ga. So we are sure to stop by whenever we are near one on travels. Not always the friendliest workers. But that just depends on the ones you go to.

We are new to the area. Their food is delish. Biscuits are made fresh everyday. Scrambled fresh eggs on your biscuits. The Bacon Egg and Cheese biscuit or Biscuits and Gravy is something I really enjoy. 2 Thumbs Up. Bye Bye McDonald's.

I'm giving this rating to Bojangles for it's employee. She was operating this business alone. It was very busy and she maintained a good attitude. She deserves more than praise from her employer.
