Excellent customer service. The manager and lady working the counter went WAY above and beyond what was expected. Both had very pleasant personalities. We go 8 miles out of the way to get this kinda of service. We have never gotten bad service at this location.Its great to finally find someone else who enjoys their jobs

This was probably the best experience I’ve ever had in a fast food restaurant. The two girls working were absolutely amazing nicest sweetest people the restaurant was clean and the food was amazing.

I experienced the best service, 2 of the nicest ladies working today at Popeye's in Rockmart. And the food was fresh and delicious! It was about 215pm, so ladies....thank you so much for the fresh yummy food and kindest service!

Visited the drive thru for this location last night. I began my order, and before I could complete the order, I was told to pull around to the window to place my order. A young man greeted us at the window and took our order. It appeared that there was only two people working this location. We were told to pull into a parking spot until our order was brought out, and we did have to wait a decently long time to receive our food. The same young man that greeted us and placed our order with also brought the food out to us, and we asked him how many people were working. He confirmed that it was only him and one other person at the time. Despite the longer than usual wait for our food and the short staffing at the time, the young man had a great attitude during an obviously somewhat stressful time. This young man is a very hard and dedicated worker. I wish I had asked him what his name was just for the sake of clarity on this review. Whoever he is, he certainly deserves some recognition for his determination and the attitude he kept. You just do not see many hard workers like him anymore, and for that reason alone, this reflects my 5 star review. To that young man, thank you again. The food was also wonderful.

Manager and staff so friendly and helpful. Very clean and the bathroom clean as well. You go here you won't be disappointed.

The staff here are hard working and always so sweet and accommodating! Plus the food is a great representation of Popeyes. Definitely a great option if you’re in Rockmart!

Tried the new chicken sandwich and loved worth the wait!!

As a mobile technician i spend a lot of time on the road. Drive-thru dining is how i live. I stopped at Popeyes today and was not just pleasantly surprized but borderline amazed. The service was fast. The young lady at the widow was very professional and friendly. The food blew me away. My standard 3 piece mild tenders with fries were fantastic. Large portions cooked just right. Perfect biscuit and sweet tea like Mom makes! Great job guys. Cant wait til next time!

I have been to this popeyes twice now. Both times my food was fresh, accurate and tasted great!! The people were very friendly and patient.
I have read the bad reviews on this place. I always encourage people to try something twice. You never know if they were having a bad night. I've tried another local restaurant (also reviewed) several times -it's awful every time :(
But THIS place has been great. The service was very friendly, even when I had to change my order at the window (thanks kids!) Give it another go. You might just be pleasantly surprised!! ❤

We came through the drive thru rather late in the evening. Despite us being hard to deal with customers when it comes to us ordering our food through the drive thru, the lady taking our order was great and had excellent customer service! Food was as good as any other Popeye's, but the service was impeccable!

Family deal took a lil longer had to wait in parkinglot but was all good courteous staff with a smile is always nice

I have to say with the new management and how great the store and food looks again this store has made a huge turn around they are kind and polite did their best to make sure my order was perfect even though they only had two people working that shift and I got treated to a great desert on them for the little extra time I had to wait all n all it was great

We always order chicken strips when we go here and they are always so big and so juicy! Food is always piping hot and service has always been phenomenal. We had to wait on fresh strips one time, but for fresh ones, it was well worth it! They went above and beyond though and threw in 2 slices of cheesecake for our wait. If the older negative reviews are true, this place has done a complete turn around because I've experienced nothing short of prompt, exemplary service and fantastic food. Give them a try - you will not be disappointed! Get yourself some honey too and slather some on your chicken and your biscuit - mmmm! Hehe! By the way, we no longer do KFC (tiny, cold, dried out, chewy strips and that's when they're not out and saying they can't cook more, and the drive thru easily takes a half hour EVERY visit - they just can't compare). Love that chicken at Rockmart Popeyes! :D They've truly got their act together.

Good service. Best chicken I ever ate. It like God's work. It is sad there are bad reviews but they are totally false and untrue. Please try this Popeye's out and it is totally worth the money. I would give it 6 stars if I could.

Considering this restaurant is new to the area, servers did a great job managing the flow. The customers were more rude and inconsiderate than any of the employees. My order was correct and the food was GREAT.

Traveling through and stopped. Excellent customer service. Food was fresh and hot and. When, I'm coming through Rockmart again, I will definitely stop.

Honestly fastest service I've ever had at a Popeyes. Food was also perfect. No complaints, 5 stars!

Everything was cooked perfectly, the order was complete and accurate, and the people were very friendly. Honestly, one of the best QSR experiences I've had in a long while.
