McDonald's

Came in this morning. The lady with the red hair and the pretty makeup is the happiest and sweetest person they have working here. She is always so nice.

I've had all the wonderful friendly fast service with McDonald's one of my favorites. It's a Happy place for the tummy and yummy . Overall Very Great to eat when on the go or not

a young man by the name of brayden gave the best service! He was very patient and kind!

Good food and fast service.
Such good food that even tree frogs hitch rides to the Rockmart McDonald's on motorcycle handlebars. And then rode back home on my handlebars doing 60-65mph. This little guy was amazing.

If me and my daughter go in the am, we get 5 star service. When we go in the evening, we wait forever !!! The servers are always very kinda and the food is usually good but at the time it takes to get service it's ridiculous!! They try to keep their drive thru times down by taking 3 orders then waiting until they have all of them out of the drive thru then ringing up 3more ppl n it continues until their about 10 ppl backed up in line waiting to order. I don't ever complain bc I know how it is, I know their short handed n they can't help that. They just need to be shown a easier way to make it work with what they got.

The crew working at 12:30 12/01/23 was really nice.

They have definitely improved over the years!

The morning drive thru cashier is amazing, remembers you and calls you by name, I didn't present my rewards and she still knew my name and what kind if iced coffee I drank.
As far as atmosphere...it is the same as all McDonald's.

Good food, great people.

Alicia is very hard working. It was so busy. They had her doing so much it was ridiculous. She is awesome. She deserves a raise. She was very professional ..

The employees here are awesome. My husband ordered me a frappe and accidentally rolled it up in the window (you read that right). Half was outside the car and inside with us. The employees sprung into action made another frappe and gave us a lot of napkins. We appreciate their kindness and willingness to help us out. My frappe is delicious! Will return to this location.

The restaurant was clean, the food was good and the staff was very kind and helpful. The only problem was my husband forgot his phone in the restroom and when he realized the phone was already gone. We asked at the register but no one had turned it in. I did a Find My Phone search from Google and was able to see it was at the motel behind McDonald's. I used the option to lock the phone and leave a message with my number saying I wanted it back. I did another search to see if it was still at the motel and it showed it was back at McDonald's. My husband went to the register to check again and tell them it was still at the store. She was already walking our way and handed my husband his phone letting us know someone had just turned it in. My point for telling this story, Just be careful with your things and that goes for anywhere you go. Would i go back there? Yes I would. You can't blame the store and we owe them tremendous thanks for finding the phone. I'm truly grateful we got it back. Plus the food was very fresh and really good, 😆.

Quick through the drive thru.. very pleasant staff. Food was good..

Our family was from out of town when we stopped to eat at this McDonald's. From the time we entered until the time we left, the service was top-notch! They were so nice and considerate. We have all been to plenty of McDonald's but NONE compared to the employees at this one. They were prompt and very pleasant. So friendly. Great experince! We enjoyed it so much!

Great place and fast to serve

Fast service, friendly employees. Our order was ready quickly and it came to us hot and the order was accurate, nothing missing! No complaints! Thank you for the great service!!

This McDonald's was VERY clean and staff was really friendly. We came in late with 10 loud, screaming kids and they were just as friendly as can be. Besides awesome service, all of our food came out correct and hot. Compared to my usual mcD's, this was an awesome overall experience!!

Always fast and friendly service. I see the same associates in the drive thru all the time, they are always great. They've never messed up my order.
