Roller Die + Forming

I am a supplier for the Rossville facility and have been watching the transition of the local team for a while. Over the past couple of years, Ive seen a lot of positive changes there. The culture at the Rossville Roller Die is great. There are activities for employees each month. The new General Manager seems knowledgeable, and the management team has improved dramatically in the past year. HR is fair and does a great job of engaging employees. She cares about the people and it shows. The company is on the right track and with the latest addition of a skilled, experienced GM, Rossville seems poised for growth.

When I first started working here I wasn't to sure on the place. I took the job because it was closer to home. 5 years later I'm still here. I like my job, my boss is really cool and if I need something to get my work done he's pretty good at getting it.
Its not always easy, some times it can be pretty tough but you just have to go with it. Come to work, do your job, don't cause problems and the company will take care of you. If you don't do those things you will never find out how great this place can be. Here's to 5 years and hopefully 20 or 30 more.

Our Rossville plant is undergoing changes which is making this a very good place to work again. We have a new plant manager who has a definite vision for our successful future. The HR department is ever busy with activities that nurture a fun, family-type atmosphere. There is ample opportunity, for the serious and dedicated employee, to learn new skills and advance. There are a lot of experienced people here, like myself, ready to share our knowledge. We just need some eager folks who are looking to build a future!

Superb group of folks to work with. I have been doing industrial maintenance work for over 30 years and roller die takes me back to a plant with a friendly environment and actually enjoy coming to work. The management team, staff, and employees have been incredibly supportive. My wife has stage 4 cancer and their prayers and support has been something that can't be explained. Thanks Lord and everybody.

I am the shipping supervisor at the Rossville plant. I have worked there going on 17 years now and I love my job. I work with some of the nicest people you could ask for. This is a really good place to work for, my family away from home.

I have been here 4 weeks now and I can say this is a great place to work and the bad comments I saw when I started we’re not correct. The people and the culture here has been great and I really enjoy the people I work with and all the supervisors I have felt with so far. I’m through a temp agency but I’m looking forward to becoming part of the team here.

Well I really enjoy working at Roller Die I like the atmosphere and the people, I feel like I have grown a lot and learned a lot. I am now a lead on 2nd shift and I love it and I love working with my crew they are the best and very hard working people, they are very family oriented when it comes to family so I would recommend working at Roller Die if you like all those things.Plys it’s a very good place to work.

I’ve enjoy working at this company, they seem to care more than others. They gave out Covid bonuses for working through Covid conditions and recently has gas bonuses to help along with regular raises. I’ve worked at other places but this feels more like family.

I really enjoy working at roller die and forming. I've never been employed at a company that all come together and make things happen..and the learning experience you get it unbelievable...all the team at roller die are like my 2nd family..

Has a new crew of managers that are very eager and willing to do what it takes to make the changes that were needed. If you haven’t been by the plant lately then you wouldn’t even recognize it anymore. A lot of hard work and effort is being poured into making this a world class operation. If you have any Roll Forming, Stamping, or Powder Coating needs these are definitely the people you need to contact. No part to complicated.

If metal runs through your veins as it does mine than this is your ticket. Everyone here are like family so leave them shallow feelings behind when you walk through the doors,we will take care of ya.
