One of my favorites for now on! The boba is so good and the banh mi is so delicious! It’s definitely a place you pick up and then eat at the park or something. They don’t have a lot of seating. Overall great!

Yo their Banh Mi are LITTTTTTTTT! I got the cold cut trio and dang it was gooooood! I only got myself one, but I definitely will be back for more! There's a lot of meat in it and the pickled veggies are the perfectly pickled! The employees were all super nice and helpful and we got our boba teas pretty fast and our sandwiches came out soon after! I think we only wait like less than 5 minutes. Definitely a place to bring a date. Yall could grab boba tea and sandwiches for your picnic at the park!

My wife got the passion fruit tea with boba and lychee jelly. She said it was so delicious! Her only comment is that she wished she had more portion of boba pearls and lychee jelly for the large amount of passion fruit tea there is. She finished her toppings before drinking all of her tea. She also ordered the chargrilled pork Bahn mi and said it tasted soooo good. She wish there was a little bit more meat considering the price, but overall, very tasty!

P.S. the boba pearls were cooked to PERFECTION!

I was in the mood for a bánh mì and this really satisfied me. I went for the Cold Cut Trio and it was quite good. I also got a brown sugar milk tea that had good flavor and wasn’t too sweet. There are a few seats inside but mainly this place seems oriented towards takeout. The staff were very friendly and timely. I’ve definitely added this place to my list for future visits.

BEST BANH MI IN NWA!
Their Taro Milk Tea is definitely worth getting too. It’s not a powdered milk tea, but real taro. So, don’t be surprised when it doesn’t look purple, but it’s amazing!!
The Vietnamese Coffee is not the best, but their Taro Milk Tea and Matcha Milk Tea are amazing. The Grilled Pork Banh Mi is delicious and the best I’ve had outside of Vietnam. (P.S. Always get the Banh mi with a baguette.) It is a bit pricey( but definitely worth it. The staff is always wonderful too.

🧋 That’s right, they have Bahn Mi Sandwiches and they are mighty tasty. I had the Lemongrass Beef Bahn Mi with Mango Boba tea and it was scrumptious! They offer their Bahn Mi in several different meat/veggie options and can come in a baguette or croissant 🥐

💅🏼 Not only that but I had the perfect nails to match the overall colorful vibe you get from the moment you walk into the store! It’s just so fun! I’ll definitely be going back on the regular to support this local business plus if they know anything about me is that I could drink boba tea everyday if offered 😉 ✨

Cute pink interior and decor. It’s a small shop that sells banh mi (Vietnamese sandwiches) and various drinks. Ordered the chargrilled pork banh mi and was very satisfied with it, and also a peach tea (no sugar was perfectly sweet and tangy). Although they did forget my boba in my tea (my bad to not check before leaving), so I can’t comment on how their boba consistency is. I am not a fan of the parking as it can get mixed up in the Smoothie King drive thru line so don’t park by that drive thru line cuz you could get stuck for awhile. Otherwise good service and fast wait times for drinks/food!

The bread is really fresh and crispy(sandwiches awesome) the tea drinks are a must to have with the sandwich! 🥪

Boba meets Vegas/Cosmopolitan feels. This place is basically Asian fusion... Everything they offer is fresh, from the real fruit flavored teas to the Banh Mis. You can even order Charcuterie boxes and canned teas to go. Job well done!
(Some reviews complain about powdered drinks or substandard food. I'm going to go ahead and say they are out of their damn minds).

This is me and my families favorite bubble tea shop. The use real fruit in their drinks and have much variety. Their sandwiches are very good. Couldn’t find another place like this one :)

Ordered the kumquat wintermelon boba tea. ABSOLUTELY Delicious!! So refreshing! Very happy with the customer service, super helpful in ordering a drink. Loved the vibes and decor. Felt very clean

Amazing Dirty Boba and sandwiches! The chicken one is always a favorite and the jalapeños are an amazing addition to the sandwich. Will definitely be coming back!!!

Best tea EVER. Recently tried another local shop and loved it. Then tried Tea & Mi and was blown away by how much better it was. Also, the SWEETEST staff and cutest shop ever. My new obsession!

Got a lemongrass beef banh mì. Not only is it the best banh mì I've ever had, it's one of the best sandwiches I've ever had, period. The amount of each topping, meat, and bread were perfectly proportioned that none overwhelmed the other, and perfectly complemented each other. The beef was some of the best lemongrass beef I've had as well, tender with a crisp crusty exterior, not fatty or stringy at all. Very tasty, crusty french bread without being too hard or too spongey. I could've eat a second one in one sitting just based on how good the first one was. Very reasonable prices, and fast turn around even though the sandwich was made fresh when I ordered it. Don't sleep on this place if you like banh mì or even just great sandwiches.

Tom and his team are absolutely amazing! They always greet you with open arms and provide you with amazing food and drinks! Best place ever!!!!

Wanted to check this place out after seeing Hangry Pedaler recommended it. Impressed! Service was so kind. Picked a random flavor of boba and wasn't disappointed, cantaloupe tastes just like it. Added tapioca and it was cooked perfectly, as well as a generous amount for an extra $1 (i got the slushie). Cold cut banh mi with extra meat is stuffed and awesome as well! Crunchy bread, everything cooked well. Would recommend the Banh mi (baguette) anyday and look forward to coming back for more. Saturday was a good time to try them too as they gave me a discount equal to tax. Very kind of them since i moved here and going from 6% sales tax to 9.5% was not a great feeling.

If there was an option to buy extra picked veggies I would be happy to do so!

Lemongrass beef Bánh Mì was amazing! I thought about it all day! They had mini sandwich samples to try which helped me choose my sandwich. Service was exceptional too. I tried the dirty boba and while it was good, I’ve had better. I will definitely be back.

From the atmosphere to the service and food- everything was great! The food was fast and bread was fresh daily. Boba tea was delicious too! My kids favorite was the fruit slushy. This is one of our go to places when in town!

Super friendly service, they got our drinks out in a good time frame and everything tasted fresh and delicious! 😄

This place is great!! The lemongrass beef bahn mi is so flavorful and filling, cannot wait to try the other flavors since the first was so good. And their Lychee Lover drink is one of the best boba drinks in town, and DEFINITELY the best boba slush anywhere near here! I get it every chance I can and can’t recommend it enough. The service has always been amazing as well! Very kind with walking you through the menu and figuring out which drink you’ll like the best, and they haven’t led me or anyone I’ve been with wrong yet. Try this place out as soon as you can, you’ll have a new favorite!!
