This bike shop was in the perfect place at the perfect time when my main vehicle died and I didn't have a particular part, very efficient shop appreciate it loads

On day two of a three day ride (mile 120 of 180) I broke a spoke.

Nico (sp) at three point took great care of my rig. He held the shop open to make the replacement and the wheel ran well for the remaining 60 miles into Georgetown. Thanks!

Great bike shop. My family and I were in the market for two new bikes a few weeks ado and decided to ck out our local bike shop.

We were greeted by Chris, a super nice and knowledgeable guy. He fitted my wife and I and educated us on the countless types of bikes for us. He found two perfect bikes for us and purchased them that day.

He went above and beyond and even delivered them to our house. Wow, talk about great customer service.

Since we got our bikes our family has spent less time on the phon, I lost three pounds in a week, have gotten to meet so many new neighbors, and we spend more time together. Thanks Chris for your great service!!

Fine customer service from knowledgeable cycling enthusiasts. I'm a beginner rough road rider and got a lot of help selecting a bike (jeff in Gaithersburg shop) and learning how to maintain it (joe in the Olney shop).

Friendly, excellent customer service, fast, honest. I highly recommend. They fixed by bike issue quickly and didnt make me feel dumb for something I could not figure out. LOL!! I highly recommend.
