Love this post office they open early, the attendant is kind and friendly. And right next to the youth center where I can drop off a package then pick up my son from aftercare. no complaints from me🤷🏽‍♂

Staff is always pleasant & helpful. I live in Elizabeth but I refuse to go to the Elizabeth Post Office, which is right down the street from me. The employees there are Horrible. I never have a problem at the Roselle Park location. Highly recommended.

This post office only has one clerk so the building closes while they're at lunch. That's understandable. However, the lunch hours aren't the same everyday so for the last two days I've gone at different times and they've been closed for lunch both times. First was 1:30 - 3:00 and the next was 2:20 - 3:50. I thought going at 3:30 PM would mean they were back from lunch since I went at 1:45 the first time. I also tried going to another post office location and that one closes at 3:30 everyday so that's helpful.

There tracking numbers sometimes don’t update for a while, the system needs an overhaul. Staff there at this location do their job to the extent that it is done: they seem to have RBF on all the time and give slight attitudes towards customers. Overall though the service gets done and I guess there just enough nowadays.

Window posted to open at 10a, did not. Meanwhile, you hear the chatter coming from behind the walls. 10:10a, an employee comes out, says the system is down, go over to Roselle Park. This is after standing in the building 30 mins. Facility must be cleaned, floors, tables, etc. And PLEASE, remove the old and outdated signs!!

Donna is a very rude and heavy set African American woman at the front and refused to take my tracking id even though the package was at the facility. I was told after 11am I can pick it up which makes no sense because my tracking id said at facility. I ended up stepping outside and speaking to the 1800 number for 22 minutes. They said it was there. She responded with I don’t care what it said. I asked to speak to post master because of her disgusting ghetto behavior which consist of being on phone via Bluetooth talking to someone while over talking me. I was told to go to Elizabeth and the postmaster is on Broad street. I then said thank you and she replied you’re not welcome as I left out loud. Places like this don’t deserve reoccurring business. It’s 2024 and some people still have no class. STAY AWAY!!!
