Had the most pleasant experience at this
T Mobile site. Mr Jermone was extremely helpful, patient and professional. Went above and beyond in a proffessional manner. Mr. Jerome helped to correct my accounts billing issues as well as set up my newly purchased watch to the phone. This is my favorite T-mobile store and Ive have visited them all in Union. They are kind and attentive. We need more Mr. Jerome's at your T-mobile stores.

Last Saturday we stopped in to get our phone upgraded and info on home wifi service and we had a great customer service experience at this location. Jerome was very professional and helpful to assist us at the time. We greatly appreciate his customer service and definitely will go back to that store in the future 👍 👍👍

I had a great experience with the T-mobile customer service team, particularly with Big Loui (Luís) who went above and beyond to assist me. His knowledge, and patience were exceptional. I also want to acknowledge Awilda, who provided good support during my interaction as well.

Went today to switch to a new service because old carrier’s prices kept going up. Luis was helpful and friendly. He was knowledgeable and was able to give us a great deal. There was no wait time. I recommend this location.

Ali and Sergeline helped me pick out a new phone. Get a bundle of accessories. Really enjoyed the visit. Very professional, everybody should come here.

Walking into a place and having people stare at you can be a little intimidating. Not at T-Mobile on Rt 22 W and Monroe Street. I didn’t have that experience because Mobile Expert Rudy I. approached me as soon as I walked in the door. His pleasant demeanor and knowledge of phones was the best I’ve seen in years! The store didn’t have the color phone that I needed. Rudy suggested another T-Mobile store because I needed the phone that day. Otherwise, he would have ordered the phone for me. Rudy contacted the other store to ensure the phone was in stock and that we were would be treated just as special when we arrived there. Carla took great care of us as well. I asked Rudy if he would get credit for the sale. Unfortunately, he would not. Another Mobile Expert named John chimed into our conversation. He handed me Rudy’s business card and suggested to write a review. I’m so glad he did. Please send a huge thank to Rudy, John and Carla for superior customer service. Thank you.

So happy we chose this location to pickup a new phone for my husband. Everyone was friendly and we had the best customer service experience. Awilda and Ali went above and beyond to help us. They were professional, polite and true experts. I will definitely visit this location again for all my mobile needs.

I have been to many T-Mobile stores, but this by far is the best one. The staff is extremely nice and knowledgeable, and they take the time to help you with what you need. I went in the other day to get an Apple Watch and I was greeted by Luis and Jerome who are both senior reps at the store they are very knowledgeable and patient and took the time to meet all my needs and explain everything and we’re very transparent. Luis was a great rep! I recommend that if you stop in and ask for Luis or Jerome or Rudy but Luis aka big Lou was my favorite expert that I have worked with in a long time he is very knowledgeable and patient and awilda and Sergline are both very good as well great team there!!!!

This location has the best customer service!!!! I was a sprint customer from day one until they joined with T-mobile. I have had many interactions with the customer service and sales reps for many years. So I can honestly say this is the best location by far.

The staff went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable and find the best phones. We went there on Christmas Eve, and the store had a staff party. They offered us some of their deserts and beverages. Now when have you been to a cellphone store that offered you something to eat and drink? They got major cool points for that.

Not only did they provide excellent service helping us switch our phones they also reviewed my accounts and pointed out that I was being charged for something I no longer needed.

This is now my favorite location for phone service and support! Great job T-mobile staff!

The associates at this location are beyond helpful. Erik was patient and knowledgeable and helped us get 4 new phones and switch over plans. UPS didn't deliver one of the phones and the customer service people over the phone were absolute awful and completely unhelpful. I spent hours trying to resolve the issue. I went back to the store and all of the associates jumped in to help right away. Specifically Ali, Anthony, Michael, and Awilda jumped through hoops to get my situation resolved. Jon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when switching over our phones. When you walk into that store you just feel very welcomed and everyone is willing to help! I would recommend this location to anyone needing a new phone or service!

Awilda is the best of the bests!
She did an amazing job and helped me in every way possible, even though I walked in the store only 20min before they close.
Awilda answered all my questions and provided me with a new great phone and a new line to my account. She was kind and gently and super nice. Thank you again Awilda! I will make sure to go back and look for you next time I need something for my account.

Awilda explained my options, helped me select a new phone and picked out accessories. She uploaded all of my data, photos and important information. Thank you much for Awilda. Today I was sent to this store to add a phone to my account as I am an ex sprint customer and most stores do not accommodate sprint customers.. it was incredibly easy and an absolutely unpainful and pleasant experience , because I was fortunate enough to have Awilda help me.
She was extremely knowledgeable and thorough and a pleasure to do business with. I really do feel that I had gotten the Best Buy I could for the new phone that I purchased.. please go visit Awilda for any of your needs at that store. you will thank me later.

Sergeline and Rudy are awesome! They are 2 of the best reps, I have ever encountered in any store, hands down. They are very patient and kind. They made my son and I very happy. A very Happy and Blessed New Year to them both.😘

I just switched from the very expensive Verizon to T Mobile because of their recent promotion which , to me, was advantageous as a senior citizen on a fixed income. I did the switch over the phone on Friday and received my SIM card yesterday!!! Not knowing how to install it in my cell phone because I am not tech suave, I went to this T Mobile Store on Rt. 22. The manager, Mr. Luis Vargas, could not help and assist me any better. He was cordial and amiable and knowledgeable in his job! He explained to me the process and set up my cell phone in a few minutes!!!!!! I was extremely pleased with the manner in which I was greeted and served.. Definitely recommend this store 3SOE. Thank you, Mr. Vargas, for helping me!!!!

Today I visited T-Mobile to upgrade to the 14pro and the customer service was excellent. The entire staff was great a friendly. Definitely would recommend everyone to come to this location and ask for Ali who is patient an very knowledgeable.
