Very pleased with the wardrobe purchase from Palace Imports. I was impressed with the quality of the lumber and the accuracy of the pre-drilled holes to assemble it.
The instructions are accurate and very good diagrams. The pieces and hardware are all labeled and numbered. All of the pieces were accounted for and came in very good condition due to the super strong packaging.
Even the Fed-ex driver was helpful putting it in the garage instead of leaving it the driveway. Definitely a two person project to assemble.
I loved that the Kyle wardrobe would accommodate 6 drawers. I added an under counter light and wallpapered the back wall to brighten it up and add an elegant touch.
The staff at Palace Imports were very helpful.

Love my new sturdy pantry from Palace Imports. It arrived in 9 well packaged boxes without any damage/scratches. Assembly instructions clear. I added opaque film to the glass doors to obscure the view of its contents(my food). I'll be able to peel it off when I repurpose the pantry. I switched out the knobs to suit my taste, then added shelf liners to protect the wood from wear and tear from my busy kitchen. I'm impressed with how much stuff it holds.

We bought a Grand 3-Door Wardrobe which is a product of Palace Imports. I had some questions when assembling it. I wrote an email to Palace Imports customer service and also called the company. Mr. Vladimir Jeffe answered my call and explained to me which part should be used and how to assemble it. He also emailed me to answer my questions. With his help, I could move on with assembling the wardrobe. I had problems assembling the drawer, and I emailed Palace Imports customer service again, and I also called Mr. Jeffe. Mr. Jeffe reviewed the photos I sent to them and informed me that the drawers should be assembled in a different way. He also sent me a few drawer assembling pictures to help me finish assembling the drawers. Not only does Palace Imports have quality products, but they also have the best support team. When I called their customer service phone, they immediately answered my calls. I think that Palace Imports is lucky to have Mr. Vladimir Jeffe as their employee! Mr. Jeffe is so kind, patient and helpful. He will win any customer over!

Phenomenal support. Great products. Second armoire we bought was as great as the first. Cannot recommend highly enough. On the second, we found that the door hinges were the wrong size. Contacted Palace Imports and they sent the correct ones immediately. Perfect fit and outstanding company. When they say solid all wood construction, they mean it!!! No particle board anywhere!!!

After doing A LOT of research into the best stand-alone wardrobe units available, I landed on this beautiful piece from Palace Imports. Based on the excellent reviews of the company and its commitment to quality, along with its team's approach to customer service, I opted to buy directly from Palace Imports, rather than through one of many other vendors. SO GLAD I DID THAT!! Vlad and Breno were fantastic to work with. The shipment came quickly with no damage. The unit is solid wood and comes with clear instructions, labeled and numbered parts in sealed, separate bags. We're thrilled and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Palace Imports!

Thank you so much. We were very worried when we first realized that the piece was damaged beyond use and that we would never be able to complete the assembly. Upon my first contact with your company I was so surprised that we didn't have to do anything and everything would be taken care of. This sort of customer service is just not done anywhere anymore, it makes me want to tell the whole country about how your company cares so much about their customers. We just received and assembled the 4 Door Wardrobe with mirrors SKU 7306D / 7306M - Java. Excellent product! Assembly was easy and fit and finish high quality. Would buy from Palace Imports again.

I'm really impressed with Palace Imports. I bought a wardrobe- it was in the 50-60" range and was Java color. We got this because our master closet is pretty small. This new wardrobe will fit so much stuff. It is quality too. It is all real wood and very heavy and solid. It was packaged well- FedEx did not treat it well when delivering it and it was still in perfect condition inside the box. The setup instructions were very easy to follow and it took my husband and I about 3 hours. The color is very nice and true on all of the pieces. All of the pieces fit perfectly together- you can tell care was taken when making each piece. We had all of the materials we needed as well plus extras. Customer service is amazing too. They actually respond to emails. They are helpful and respond quickly. I will definitely purchase from Palace Imports in the future.

The 4 door mocha Family wardrobe that I have just purchased directly with Palace Imports is wonderful. It is very solid, looks great and I managed to accommodate more clothes than I was hoping for. At the same time the wardrobe is not bulky and looks nice in my bedroom which is not too big.
Special compliments and thanks to Danielle from the Customer service for your tremendous help. Made me feel at ease with the delivery and all my questions. I do not buy wardrobes too often, so having a friendly and understanding support in the face of Danielle made this whole project a very nice experience.

I purchased a pantry cabinet. I made a mistake during assembly and they were most accommodating to help me get it corrected. Very happy with the cabinet. Recommended.

I bought a 4 door wardrobe and while attempting to assemble I broke 5 pieces beyond repair and Palace Imports was so easy to work with in getting new parts for my wardrobe.
Also the furniture is well made and beautiful!

I bought the Honey Pine Nightstand and one of the drawer fronts had what looked like a burn hole. I emailed photos to Palace Imports and asked if I could get a replacement. Within 10 minutes they responded and told me they would ship a new drawer front to replace the one I had. You cannot ask for better product support than this!

This company is really great two years after College hunks destroyed my closet by tearing it apart I was able to order all the parts so I can put it back together. I look forward to receiving the parts and am hopeful our carpenter can put it together. The closet was great! It organized me, looked beautiful with my Pottery barn furniture and stored a lot of stuff.
Communicating with them was so easy....found them on Amazon- they just care. No one cares about anyone in today's world. It's worth the money!

Ordering online was painless, easy, their site is well laid out with all relevant information. My order shipped within 48 hours, and was at my doorstop less than 4 days after I ordered it.

It was well packaged and had no damage. Unfortunately, I had ordered a bed & matching headboard in a full. While the headboard was sent the correct size, the bed was sent as a twin instead. I took some pictures, gave a call, and my issue was resolved immediately with a replacement being sent out same-day. My son had already started assembling the bed we received in the incorrect size. I offered to disassemble it to ship it back but the company would not hear of it, and offered it as a Thanksgiving present, telling me to keep it while sending the corrected order out immediately.

If I could give this experience more than 5 stars I would. I shopped around for about two weeks to find a solid-wood bed that was reasonably priced but I wouldn't cry if my teenage son ruined it. Each time I kept coming back to my Palace Imports cart, and eventually, decided to order from here. I will ABSOLUTELY order from here again - we'll be getting the matching wardrobe for his birthday.

I ordered a wardrobe cabinet and very pleased. Very good quality and easy to put together. Danielle from customer service was outstanding. She went above and beyond to help me when I ordered an extra item and it got lost in the mail. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends.
