Very professional from the moment I spoke with the team to the moment they delivered the rug. I was very impressed with the quality of service. My rug was super clean. Royal Rugs has been a great experience from first contact. They picked up my Persian rug and expertly repaired a hole in it. They restored the rug and cleaned it. Then they hand- sewed tabs on the back. It now hangs on our wall. I'm so glad to have found them. After many years my great grandfather's rug is now on display. Shawn is knowledgeable and responsive.

I found royal rugs using a google search after reading the reviews on-line. I have a large hand knotted wool rug that I shopped for while on vacation in Turkey prior to 9-11. The carpet is somewhat of a treasure to me because it represents a time where travel was a bit more “free and easy”. Unfortunately my daughter’s little puppy chewed the edge of the carpet unbeknownst to us. I wanted a reputable repair performed. Royal Rugs guaranteed a repair that would be undetectable. They used my iPhone pictures to estimate the cost. They also picked up, cleaned and delivered the cleaned rug back to my home in 2-3 weeks. The repair is expertly done and needed pointing out to me to find the area of prior damage. The colors are an exact match to the naked eye despite the fact that the rug has some decades of age on it. Shawn was prompt, courteous and reliable. Should I ever have the need for professional cleaning or repair of my Turkish/Afghan rugs in the future I will call Shawn at Royal Rugs first. Highly recommend Shawn when it comes to cleaning rugs. He does pickup and delivery which is super convenient. Also, he helps move furniture so he could take the rug. The actual cleaning of the rug was top notch after pet accidents. If you need one washed definitely use Royal Rugs!
