I walk in they was only doing on line orders and and pick orders i don't have a car so was so glad they wrnt ahead and took my order was so happy 4 that because i was hungry😄it was fresh chicken they wrre polite about it i was 😱 surprised by it.

Since last coming here in July 2021 .. what a big difference from then to now .. must be new management and good workers.. they had everything prepared and ready for lunch .. food was delicious.. and I'm glad to see this business thrive in such a poopy area .. I will deff be coming back when I'm working in the area

Food was hottt got an custome order with 3piece all thighs and they got it right! Thanks will come again staff was kind no attitudes

Staff is new and learning. Lines were long took half hour but 4.99 for a regular chicken sandwich that is juicy with a great dill pickle is totally worth it.Son had spicy chicken it is different kind of spicy .The kind that hits you on delay different than Chick-fil-A but equally good. Fries were similar to Arby's seasoned but a battered coated seasoned nice change of pace.

Until today I haven't had Popeye's Louisiana chicken since I lived in Columbus almost 4 years ago. I ordered online. I did have to wait an extra 20,25 minutes in this store for my order. I must admit once I got My order and then checked it. I thought they Missed a few of my sides up because of the way they packed it. I thought there was no regular or I did not see my regular mashed potatoes and coleslaw. That was when we went with my dinner meal so I did go inside but witnessed another thing or 2. That I wasn't happy with. But once someone talked to me and I told him the situation they quickly fixed it. And I thought the problem was because I missed an ordered. But once I got home and started to umpack our dinner, everything was there. I believe the manager's or assistant manager's name was TE. She was super special but I wish they had of those employee's whowere so exceptional. They went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct.

The manager I think her name is Tay, always has a pleasant attitude and a smile on her face. The restaurant was super busy inside and out but she still had a smile on her face. The food is always fresh, hot, and tastes awesome. I have posted before, but i feel very strongly to post again. I do not personally know the manager, and i do want Popeye's to know they are very lucky to have her! Good service is so hard to come by these days. Please let her know she is appreciated.

I have read over the reviews. I think management may have listened. I had excellent customer service. I ordered some ghost pepper chicken wings, 2 chicken breasts and 2 biscuits. The food was so good I went back and ordered more chicken wings and biscuits for our trip to Buffalo actually they were the best fried wings I have ever had. They also had a lot of meat on them. I think you should give them one more try!

My goodness I hadn't been here for awhile because of the service...WooHoo they must of hired new staff😊 All the food was made fresh and so delicious...Oh and the chicken sandwich was still GOOD...YUM YUM😊

Very busy restaurant, as they are basically the only Popeye's close by.

Be prepared to wait for at least 10 minutes, as the staff is very busy filling orders for mobile app, drive thru, and in store.

Went thru the drive thru yesterday and received the most amazing service I've ever experienced at ANY Popeyes!
I'm from the Pinellas County area in Florida, and the service at all of those locations is extremely horrible!
Josh took my order at the drive-thru and had a friendly, courteous ray of sunshine voice! I was blown away!
I got to the window, and Josh greeted me again with his amazing friendly smile, asked me how my day was going, complimented my dog in the backseat, and basically just made my entire day!
I was so impressed with Josh that I not only wrote this review but called his store to share my experience and commend Josh with his manager!
Hold on to this dude and promote him. He's an asset and is just what Popeyes needs!

Hats off to the manager Tay from the Euclid Popeyes on Euclid Ave and 260. I ordered the 5 piece meal, what I got were a few scrawny pieces of chicken. When the girl at the window called her over she did not hesitate, she filled a new box of food with meaty pieces and told me to keep the other order, with a smile!! I never see this kind of integrity and heartfelt generosity from a fast food worker. Thank you Tay (sorry if I spelled your name wrong). You restored my faith with your smile and your kindness.

Much faster service than average. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, and couldn't even finish it - it was that filling. Generous amount of sauce. Fries were good, too. I did a walk-in order and had my food in less than 5 minutes.

Very friendly location only reason giving 3 stars. Is the argument that broke out inside the restaurant between workers. That I could hear sitting in my car.

I just wanted to take a moment and thank Alivia Davis. Today when I went into popeyes she acknowledged me when i arrived, she was patient with me after me changing my mind a few times, she was professional and stayed focus on me and my order and giving good service and with a smile. thank you Alivia for being the bright light at the Euclid Popeyes.

can’t go wrong with this place

Biscuits so buttery and crispy, not dry at all like they say. Chicken on point, very crispy and juicy on the inside. They also provided plenty of hot sauce for the chicken and honey for the biscuits. Will never go to the kfc across the street AGAIN.
