The Home Depot

On Jan 10, 2024 we had a wind storm, so our power went out. When the light cane on, I still had no internet and part of my house didn't come back on. Eventually I went to check the panel box, and yes breakers were out. This one red breaker wouldn't reset (off/on), so I YouTubed it. I took a picture of the breaker, drove to Home Depot, saw this beautiful young lady working in electrical isle. Now, all the breakers looked alike to me, so I stood there acting like I knew what I was doing (Men). So she starting walking towards me, and this sweet voice said "are you finding what you're looking for, I'd be glad to help?" Embarrassed, my inner voice said "naw I got it", then something happened and "please, cause I don't know what the hell I'm looking for. She took my phone, zoomed in on the photo, and went straight to the breaker I needed. She said you need a 20amp Seimens, and this should work. I brought it home, changed it out, and I was back in the game!!! I'd like to thank Arissa for being professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all for just being there. With help like that, I'll definitely be back. Bless Her Heart!

I wanna give a shout out George in plumbing he was very helpful and made sure us contractors had what we needed. I never had help from a Home Depot employee like the way he did because he went above and beyond.

Able to find all my needs and with the help of the cashier in getting my military discount started.

Needed Propane and found a New and faster way to pick up your propane, with your phone and pay threw there app!! Easy no messing around waiting on a Human being to come out and get your tank ! ABSOLUTELY A GREAT IDEAL

All items were very easy to find with knowledgeable and helpful employees.

We bought our Christmas tree and base here - the lady working in Garden was hilarious, honest, and made it a great experience. I would highly recommend!

Still give you a 5star rating even though some of the customer service personell and general employees run the other way when you need a hand! But there's those one's there that go out of there way to help and make your trip to there store all that much easier! They have a few of them at this location and I always look for them while I'm there! Great job y'all! Keep it up!

I ask one of them ( employee standing around) about a certain item I was looking for and it took 30 minutes to find somebody that could help me. They were all standing around acting like they don't know where they were ! Too bad Nick wasn't there. He is a real go-getter always helpful and he knows a little bit about everything in that whole store

Went in and was able to purchase a stove, warranty, and schedule delivery/installation in less than 30 minutes. My local Home Deport takes 30 minutes to find someone to help you.

I love going to Home Depot anybody you ask knows where anything's at very organized store

My recent visit was great, and I had question for the manager about the availability of a push wheel chair rather than a motorized chair. Surprisingly they had both, but the push chair was in use. The manager was very impressive in handling my concerns. I also have to return one of air filters that I had purchased, for a different size and that same manager named Vanita help out again with the excellent service. Definitely will keep returning to that Home Depot.

Not a fan of the corporation itself for various reasons, however, I frequently visit this location for my home needs and I ALWAYS receive excellent service. They have just about anything need and the store seems to always be stocked properly. The people that work there are always so personable and friendly. They make the hardware store shopping experience even more pleasant.

Always an excellent trip when at the Depot. Always find what I need, and it's my Grandson's favorite store!

Great storage solutions for your closet!

Needed a part asap. They opened right at 6am and the person who greeted me was very inviting and nice. She even checked me out instantly at the service desk. I think see noticed that I was in a hurry.
She wished me a safe and happy day, and I was in and out in 5mins. Awesome.
