The rudest service I've ever experienced! I contacted today to see if I could schedule a service for them to come out and look at a few HVAC concerns I have at my home. Before I could even suggest a timeframe for this service, I was told "No, sorry - we don't have time... we're booked. Thank you." then hung up! I understand you're probably very busy but to say you're booked without even first discussing a timeframe is rude and unprofessional. I won't be calling them again. EVER.

still waiting for them to fix my furnace. I paid them one day when he said he fixed it and the next day it didnt work again and I called them asked them to come back on look at it, he did and he said he had to see about another part, it's been 4 months, we call them again and they act like they dont know anything about it! bad people!
