Meraki Greek Bistro

This Greek food is hands down the best I’ve ever had. Ordered the gyro platter and it came with enough food for our table of 4 as well as leftovers for the following day. The owner and staff were incredibly kind and helping with our order and the atmosphere is great quiet and incredible. There is indoor and outdoor dining and the outdoor dining has comfortable seating and benches in an adorable set up with lights. 100% recommend.

Amazing hidden gem. Food was great, service was great, & the atmosphere is nice. We had the honey & sesame cheese puffs, crab cakes, & the seafood pasta. Really glad we ventured off & tried something new.

Wonderful little Greek styled spot with delicious food. We had the cheese puff was came out nuclear hot and tasty. The skewers were extremely generous in their portion of lamb and the most I’ve ever seen at a restaurant. Grilled veggies and pita were great with the tzatziki sauce. Tony was a very nice server and we’re really happy we came for lunch.

This is the most amazing place I have been to with my husband the experience was great it was our first time a a Greek restaurant and their service was spectacular, we will definitely go back again. I am not able to give more than 5 stars but I can say this is a 100 star place. Everyone you should go and enjoy with family, friends, wife, girlfriend just everyone and have a good time you will not regret it. The servers were awesome their service and dedication to the customer is spectacular very attentive.

An excellent choice for authentic Greek food. If the weather allows opt for the outside dining. The enclosed courtyard captures old world charm. Our server actually listened and understood my wife’s celiac disease and verified certain entrees contained wheat. This is a place we’ll definitely dine at and recommend to friends while in Miami.

Gio is the best, remembers your name and what you like. Food is amazing!!!! Please try the grape leaves, you will be impressed!! Atmosphere is just like a Greek bistro style from their homeland. I highly recommend this place.

A hidden gem. This is a great restaurant to enjoy delicious greek food. Services provided by Yousef was awesome. I will definitely recommend the lamb and bacon wrapped chicken. Beautiful ambiance. By the way, they have an area in the second floor just for parties. Love it!

Great Greek food! Hidden little gem I didn’t know was even there for years. Service was excellent. We got the meze sampler appetizer, pineapple salad, lamb chops, salmon, and seafood shared plate and everything was delicious. Definitely get the honey & seasame cheese puffs as an appetizer or desert! Wine & beer only. Would definitely go again! Inside got too loud because there were 2 large parties, but otherwise great atmosphere.

First time visiting Meraki Greek Bistro since visiting Miami from Orlando. Service was amazing and the food was outstanding. Large portions and the atmosphere has a great vibe. Highly recommend if you love Greek.

Great place for Greek food. Atmosphere, service, and music was so great. It felt like you were in a little mini Greece. Prices are great and portions are good. I recommend shared plates like the trio of meats and the grilled octopus was amazing. Definitely enough for a large family.

This place is so cute! A little Greek oasis in the middle of downtown Miami. The food was delicious and our waiter Nadim was fabulous! Definitely coming back to this gem again! 💜

Our server Chris was super helpful. We had a large group and he gave us fantastic recommendations on what to try. The food was superbly done. Loved the background music. Nice establishment. Definitely recommend trying it.

Meraki Greek Bistro (142 SW 1st Ave Miami) was the perfect pre-concert dinner spot as it's located 6 blks, (15 min walk) to Kaseya Center. It has a quaint outside dining courtyard & Mediterranean inspired inside seating (taverna-like) filled with white blue & tables/chairs right down to the woven seats. We had all our faves...fresh horiatiki salad, savory saganaki, hearty pork souvlaki, juicy lamb chops, creamy galaktonouteko and a complemental wine pairing. All the dishes were timed/executed perfectly and tasted exactly as should & was expected...all by friendly service & deft kouzina. If Meraki was closer to me it would be on my regular. For now I'll have to find more excuses to travel to them (Trilogy Concert 🎶 last night, was a great reason 😉)

The restaurant is located in a nice closed courtyard, where there is no traffic noise, but only planes flying low, which creates a special atmosphere of comfort and tranquility. Inside, pleasant music plays, which helps to relax and enjoy food in a peaceful environment.

The waiters in the restaurant are responsive and attentive to visitors, which is nice to see. They are ready to help in choosing dishes and offer their recommendations.

As I walked down the alley I was instantly transported to the streets of Greece. I loved the white and blue colors accented with some plants.

The food here tastes really authentic and the wine list is quite expansive. We had the greek salad, chicken skewers, and lamb gyro. The fries are super addicting, too. I wish I came with a bigger group so I could order more next time!

Knocking a star off due to service. We had two different waiters that were not communicating with each other and kept asking our table the same questions. Definitely will come back!

Had my birthday dinner here and it was absolutely amazing! Couldn’t have asked for better. Nadim took great care of us! He was very attentive and was open and honest with menu recommendations and helped make our night extra special! Staff was so nice. We loved the whole vibe. Food was spectacular. Wine was great. Stopped into Meraki Greek Bistro the other evening because the aromas from the street lead me into their establishment. First off, it is a really cool interior courtyard restaurant with patio seating and inside seating as well. I sat outside and was greeted by the friendly staff who allowed me to sit anywhere I wanted. So, found a table and ordered a Greek Lager beer (Alpha) which was amazing and I did not have to ask for a chilled glass. Nonetheless, I had a delicious peaceful meal that was prompt, rich in flavor and made with love. The chicken meatballs were phenomenal and the Greek salad was enough for 2 people! My main dish of lamb gyro was fantastic and I cannot express how kind everyone was who worked there. In fact, I ran into the owner and he gave me a little background on his story and the meaning behind the name of his eatery. Overall, it was a genuine experience and I will visit again when I am in Miami. Lovely, lovely restaurant!
