Good first experience. Purchased a sectional couch. All the staff was nice. When the couch was delivered, the two gentlemen were nice and assembled the sectional quickly. 15-20 minutes tops. They treated the couch nicely and didn’t see any damage. Would recommended to a friend, and definitely be buying again in the future.

Bernadette and other staff were very accommodating and patient. I visited the store 3 times and looked at numerous living room sets. They even brought furniture from the warehouse from Campbell just so i could look and feel the material in person. Prices and warranties were best on the island!

Great customer service and the delivery was awesome. They gave me a great deal on all of the furniture. The furniture was delivered in three days. They set up and put all of the furniture together in each of the rooms and then removed all of the boxes and other trash. Thank you very much.

Zac was the sales rep working and was absolutely amazing to work with. He gladly answered any questions we had and even took the time to check on other customers throughout the store. He also worked on getting us the best price for a bedroom suite and living room furniture. Highly recommend this store to everyone. Military friendly as well which is a huge plus to us!! Awesome experience here with Joe! Me and my boyfriend came in to look for couches and he was very helpful and kind. He was able to accommodate us and what we wanted! This review is for the new Kaneohe store. Outstanding customer service! Prices are reasonable. The staff was very attentive in helping us find exactly what we were looking for. And the delivery went above and beyond our expectations by having us make sure everything worked properly. Highly recommend the Kaneohe store!

I just moved back to the island and I needed a bed desperately. I slept on an air mattress the night before and my back was not going to take another night of that. The hurricane was just about to come to the island so many places were closed. Yhey were open fortunately. Mikayla took great care of me and helped me find a daybed and mattress. Her boss Sam worked a discount for me. They were shorthanded for deliveries because 2 of the 4 trucks were being used to move sandbags to board up the two store locations. There were no available drivers and they had just gone on their last run.
Mikayla and Sam really came through for me. Sam used his own truck to wrap up my items and drive to my new apartment. 2 of his men helped bring up and assemble the bed. After they left the 2 men dropped Mikayla off back at the store so she could go home ahead of the hurricane.
I can't thank them enough. They all went out of their way to help me when they didn't have to. I highly recommend them. Their service is outstanding and I loved their furniture selection! And for the record I slept like a baby that night. Mahalo!!

Our salesman we didnt get his name but was soo awesome and patient.. he gave us such a great discount and explained clearly how each piece worked and waranty... I would recommend this Aiea showroom..

They have Corporate Ridge very cheap and our staff is very friendly they also help with the loading it was just so much easier in this hard time
