Great customer service! I visited on Veterans Day and the barista, noticing my Navy shirt, let me know about the free coffee that they were offering to Vets. Very helpful!

Because of BOGO today, they were really slammed. Slightly confusing line, both for ordering and mobile pickup, due to the pandemic. This is one of the Starbucks that I go to. The baristas never lose their cool and are consistently nice & smiling.

One of my FAVORITE Starbucks on island. I stop by nearly every morning before work and regardless of how busy, hectic and chaotic the environment, I am ALWAYS greeted welcome and good morning. The baristas are all personable and friendly. ☕

Love the baristas at the Kapolei Starbucks across Home Depot! I would say that 99.9% of the employees are super friendly and accomodating! For example, last weekend when me and the hubbs went to get some coffee, I was waiting for our order inside the store. When I got my husbands order I tasted it and it needed just a little more sweetness so rather than asking the barista who was busy with another customer I decided to just grab a couple of sugar packets in his coffee and as I was trying to put the lid back on his cup, the cup slipped out from under my hand and I had spilled half of it on the counter. I felt so stupid for being clumsy. The barista who took my order saw my mess and he was so gracious about it and told me not to worry that he would be more than happy to make me a new coffee! I told him that I would pay for it but he said not to worry, that accidents happen and not to worry about paying for the new one he made me. In all that mess I had caused the barista was nothing but friendly, understanding and all with a smile on his face!!! I should have gotten his name, but I forgot to, so the next time I go in I have to make sure to get his name.

Friendly service at this location. Usually possible to find a place to sit. Outdoor seating available. Restrooms availabile. Quiet enough to actually carry on a conversation.

One of the better Starbucks locations!

This is my neighborhood Starbucks. I always knew the people that worked there were kind, courteous, and friendly, but this past Saturday I really put their customer service skills to the test. I thought I would go there and enjoy reading my new books while enjoying a triple mocha frappuccino. I order my drink and it comes quickly I start to settle into a nice high top table and chair and before you know it my drink goes tumbling over. A fountain of triple mocha frappuccino rained down over the table, chair, floor and I'm sure somebody in the vicinity walked out with a chocolate stain somewhere on them. I alerted the staff they went into action and out came the mop, bucket, and towels to clean up my mess. In the process of the cleanup a brand new venti frappuccino was ready at the counter, at no charge, for me. After the clean up I did sit down to do exactly what I wanted. Just when I was getting ready to leave would you believe I spilled my drink again! The very gracious girl who cleaned up my first mess was back with her bucket and cleaning supplies and said "ma'am don't worry about it, I got it" I thought the best thing I could do was clean up what I could, say thank you, and quietly exit. Big Mahalo to Starbucks Waimalu. You guys are the best!

This store has very friendly staff and craft a delicious drink. Kelsey is a gem.

The baristas are very friendly and welcoming! First time visiting this Starbucks as I was needing a boost of caffeine to drive home. Even the customers are friendly here! The PSL customed to my liking was phenomenal. I will be making more visits to this Starbucks when I need a boost. ❤

Great location to meet friends and clients. Lots of seats and very friendly staff. Parking is always available. The best Starbucks by far, very relaxed atmosphere.

Parking is easy, timing is quick, and the product is awesome :) got a pink drink with black and strawberries. So good!! Love this Starbucks!

My favorite one in the area. All are adept with names and an excellent memory. The products speak for themselves. The staff excels here.

My favorite drink would be green tea Fraps with whip cream. This place good for all flavored Fraps, cold to hot flavored coffees and teas. Cold sandwiches to Bagels coffee cakes and cold water.

Excellent service! I like my drink a specific way, and they had no issue making it for me quickly and accurately.

Anyone can make a cup of coffee... I go there for the friendly, helpful people behind the counter. They are miracles of efficiency and still have time to chat.

I was hit and thirsty so my friendly brista recommended a large (grande?) blended strawberry lemonade. It is delicious!

Great customer service and they are doing a great job with incoming customers for entire time I am here. Great place to work on individual goals for me.😅
