I am at this post office almost every day. The ladies in this office are great! I don't understand the people writing awful reviews. If you're kind to them they are kind to you. They have more than once gone out of their way to help me.

I use this post office multiple times a week, Chenelle and Brianna offer outstanding service and are very helpful whenever I need any type of help or have any type of questions. There has been times where I was basically throwing away money mailing packages the wrong way and they have stopped me and saved me money time after time and have helped me package my items secure and safe and show me which type of packaging I should use everytime I was confused with what boxes and mailers to use. They both have been life savers and I truly appreciate all the times they went out of their way to help me.

Thank God there was an amazing young gentleman working in this post office Saturday 3/11/23. He was so kind, professional, knowledgeable and I was blessed he was working there that day. He should be there everyday, everyday! This young man can turn around this particular p.o. situation, reading these other reviews!

I have had my fair share of various U.S. Post Offices in this area. It is always a breath of fresh air when i come to this location. The staff are very pleasant, professional, with the customer always in mind! 5 Stars!

The most helpful & friendly staff I've ever encountered at a Post Office! The doors are lightweight & very easy to open, too.

Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and respect for the customer, exemplified completely by the diverse manager here at this branch, probably the worst interaction in my entire life at any retail facility. Ashame for the area, definitely not an asset.

I hope the employee here learns from her experience and treats others in the community better from this showing of a bad version of herself, that need not be displayed in a retail setting, because its a great community here in Wenonah.

There is another employee here who seems very nice and so its not the place, its the person that brings their karma for and to the community. Sometimes, I would assume employees dont like the community for which they are working ultimately and so they are disruptive when there is a 50/50 opportunity to display ones true feelings towards others as a whole.

I would hope and expect that the rotten apples will make there way out over time due to multiple people feeling the same way.

I rent a p.o. box at the Wenonah post office for my nonprofit. I don't go much because I don't get that much mail. An older box was assigned. It sticks at times. God forbid if I ask for help. I was in a car accident and didn't get my mail for a couple of months. One of the workers made snide remarks.

A contributor donated some things to us for an event. We never got it. Why? It was sent back to the recipient with a yellow sticker saying that it was undeliverable. How is that possible? I heard that from others.

The mismanagement and lack of customer service makes this experience one of the worse. I will not be renewing my lease.

I was justed cursed at leaving the Wenonah NJ post office. Clerk 21 an African American young lady was very miserable and it felt like I was bothering her to send a package. This is not the first time I saw her in the post office. Everytime she is standoffish and miserable. Leaving I had mentioned she should be more cordial working in as an federal employee. She begain calling many curse words. I'm filing a formal complaint. I lived in this town over 40 years and expect better.

If I could give zero stars I would. This post office is the worst. The manager Chenelle is super rude and Brianna isn’t much better. They are always on their phones and have an attitude about doing their jobs regardless of how many packages or letters you have. Mike was amazing and always was on top of it. I don’t understand what direction this post office is going in by employing horrible people that obviously don’t want to be there and getting rid of employees that are actually great at what they do.

Awful service. The lady at the counter on 3/7 was too interested in watching videos on her phone. I was trying to send something to my sister in the military. I had the box taped up and was in need of a label and a booklet to send the package overseas to her platoon in UAE... all she kept repeating was you need a label on the box.. you need a label on the box.. you need a label on the box... I KNOW!! why do you think I'm here. I even asked for a shipping label and an overseas booklet to fill out.. her only response was to glance at the far wall an say... thier over there. This was my first time here and I asked "where?" She again just looked up. And said with snark... ooooveeeerrr theeeereeee.... I found a label filled it out and with out hesitation she said that's an overnight label you can't use that one. You need the other label.. I asked then where are they? Again with snark... she looks up and says... over there... I found the labels face down under a packing box... I'm sorry when I stocked your shelves I hid the labels... then when I handed her everything she printed out 3 labels with the address and attached them to the box. If she could have printed me a label why did I have to fill something out? And the whole time all I heard was youtube videos playing... I WILL NOT be coming back here because of her.. the Sewell post office is much friendlier. Its farther away but The man there actually helped me..

Absolutely awful service! I went in over the weekend to find out why my mail was being marked, "No P.O. Box." I explained, or at least attempted to that I have never had and do not now have a P.O. The "Supervisor" on duty, with other customers in line, became extremely aggressive towards me. He raised his voice unnecessarily to tell me that he is the one writing it on there and that it is Sewell's mistake, not his. Instead of helping me sort it out, he just continued to repeat that it was not his problem and that I needed to go to the other Post Office. At one point, he wanted to know if I put in a change of address. I said, "Yes I did. Months ago when I purchased the home prior to moving." He just continued to yell at me that a change of address stays in effect for a year, that it is Sewell's problem, not his. He was extremely agitated, hostile and embarrassed me in front of others in the building. It was uncalled for, unprofessional and he did absolutely nothing to help resolve the issue. He just made a fool of himself, he embarrassed me and he made the others in the building uncomfortable as well. It was so bad, I had to put my hands up and ask him why he was yelling at me. Then, I had to just walk out of the Post Office while he was still yelling at me.

What a nice welcome to the neighborhood.

Sincerely,
"Glassboro Rd, No PO Box."
