Taneytown Collision did a wonderful job fixing my car after a hit and run. The body work is perfect. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They are also a hertz dealer so having a rental car right there when I dropped mine off for repairs was very convenient. My car was ready when promised. I will use them again in the future!

Absolutely the best. Have trusted them 3 times with my cars and have never been disappointed. Honestly they could have had me pay out of pocket for rental car; but tailored service to my needs. Will always use them as long as I'm in the area.

Customer service with a smile. Very accommodating. We went to get a rental while our work truck was being worked on in another facility and ended up bringing our motorcycle back to them when we returned the rental for personal service I suggest you use them for all your automotive needs. Personal and business.

I just can’t express how great of people they are here! Very helpful, funny, kind, andddd they have a pupper greeter, Hank! They gained clients with us for sure. We won’t go anywhere else.. we went to rent a car and will bring our own vehicles to them now too for repairs. Very very amazing experience!

I called two other body shops for an estimated time of completion for serious body damage and they both said around three months. I called Taneytown Collision and they were able to get everything done within two weeks. Everyone that we spoke to was friendly and helpful.

Long story short, swerved to miss a deer and hit a guardrail instead. I have lived in Taneytown for 18 years and always saw you guys but never had a reason to use you. (You can thank the deer if you would like to) I just picked up my car from you an hour ago, 2 weeks earlier than the original estimate, and I cannot believe how perfect it is. And to top it all off, they cleaned the entire inside for me!!! Vacuumed, dash, windows the whole nine yards. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and even personable. I can honestly say that they made me feel like they truly cared about me and my car. I will never take my car anywhere else again.

I absolutely recommend this company for towing services and for mechanical services. My family and I were traveling from FL to PA for a family emergency when our car broke down. This was on a Friday day night so not many places were open. Our insurance company contacted Taneytown Collision Center for the tow. The representatives that responded were beyond kind and helpful. They even took us to a hotel and helped us unload the car. (we had no idea where we were, as we were driving through- so this was incredibly helpful) During this time my husband contacted the shop to see if the could recommend where to have our car towed to. The owner, John, was amazing. He said he would come in on Saturday even though they are closed to see if he could fix it. Long story short - he fixed one problem, found a transmission center to fix the other problem, and came in the following Saturday morning on his day off (again) to allow us to pick the car up. He had his son drive out to Baltimore for a part and his wife even offered to drive us 3 hours to my parents home. The entire experience was nothing short of superior. I honestly can't recommend them enough. Thank you for your kindness and for going above and beyond Taneytown Colission Center!

I actually had a pretty good experience overall with these guys. I had a company through a third party and they wanted over 150$. I got towed from Walkersville to Taneytown for almost half of that! Saved me a ton and I now have their business card 😁

Impressed with their towing operator. One of my rollbacks went down and they quickly came out to help. Called 2 other local companies and they couldn't get to it till late tonight or tomorrow. Taneytown had it back to my shop within a couple hours. Great job guys.

Taneytown Towing was THE best experience ive ever had with a towing company. They are there to help and help they did. getting into an accident is a rough day to begin with and they were able to supply a rental car at a very fair price and help me get to a Dr.'s appointment on time. I cant say enough about how friendly and helpful they were. If your looking for a towing place and your having a rough day this is the one to call

I never had to worry about my car. I stopped by anytime to check on it. They called. Answered all my questions an explained everything to me. Took care of the insurance and rental. An have a wonderful staff

Best Towing service in Carroll County. Arrived on time...actually arrived early. Driver was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process in detail...as to how everything would go. I felt comfortable enough to allow the driver to deliver my car without me and he texted me when the job was finished. The prices wereally very fair (almost half of what I paid previously). They are the only towing service I will use anymore.

These Guys were GREAT!!! John was very upfront and honest about my repairs and Theresa followed up with me the whole way. Very professional and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone. I also found out through talking to Theresa that they do repairs and maintenance also..............I WILL BE BACK!!!!

I found myself in a profound state of distress when my vehicle died. My driver, Jacob, arrived early and was very helpful and saved me a lot of time and stress while we worked out the logistics of towing my vehicle. I am very grateful that he was able to make my day less stressful with his efforts.
