McDonald's

Went for lunch today via the drive thru and the service was awesome. Friendly staff, food was hot, and the young guy that brought our food to the car went out of his way to go back and make a pup cup for my girl.

For what I paid for my fish sandwich, they could have taken time to put it together and a little more tarter sauce I don't think I teaspoon full.I'm talking a measuring teaspoon.I like McDonald's but really I think you good do a little better.

Thank you to whoever worked last night for serving me last second... I did not catch her name but she served me quickly and nicely and I went home full instead of hungry!

Wanted to give a shout-out to Katherine (not sure if it begins with a K or a C, sorry!). She is always so sweet and a true example of the definition of exceptional customer service. Always a pleasure to be greeted with a smile early in the morning. She is a great asset to McDonalds and deserves a recognition :)

Service is great at this location. It gets backed up sometimes, but the wait is not very long when that happens. Employees are always nice in the drive-thru. We always use the app to order ahead.

The franchise is Taneytown is awesome and clean with a large play center. My son loves playing before and after eating. Drive thru is very convenient and fast. It’s always not too crowded.

Now, this is the FIRST time I have ever given a fast food joint 5 🌟s, and this is not for the franchise itself, but merely for the service and quality of this one particular order.
🍟 - fresh, hot, perfect amount of salt, and container was actually full
🍔 - cheese and filet were actually centered on the fricken bun like it's supposed to be (and yes, I check EVERY TIME since my experience in fast food management), not too much tartar sauce, fresh soft bun
🥤- fruit punch, light ice...was fruit punch and light ice

I hate that I didn't get the young lady's name that gave me this great service but the next time I am there, I definitely will and also let her know how GREAT of job she is doing.

Taneytown location in and out in minutes.
Catonsville location, I waited 30 minutes and there was only 2 people ahead of me. The staff was justing talking to each other not doing any work

Wow! Best, cleanest, fastest McDonalds that I have ever been in. Food was perfect. Even though there was a line at the drive thru, going half way around the building, our food was done very quickly & there wasn’t one car in the drive thru when we left. Very nice, pleasant employees. Nice job!!

Staff were polite, respectful and got my large order right. For example, when I asked for lots of extra ketchup packets they did not give attitude and hand me 2 packets but gave me a handful and a smile.

The people at this location are always so friendly.

Ice cream machine doesn't work sometimes but what else is new.

Its a typical fast food restaurant but is one only ones that still has the play place which makes it perfect place to go on those cold days rainny days. You can eat and the kids can play and have a blast. Very practical

Breakfast here is always hot specially this morning. But I do have to say they have to work on their lunch time and dinner time foods. Getting them out hot and fresh.

The drive thru line was around to the entrance.. in no time I was ordering and pulled straight to the first window, second window, and my food was waiting on me, and was perfect 👍

Give Tyler a raise best worker ever! He was very nice

The employees are always nice. My orders are always done correctly.

Food was as we ordered. Nice play yard for the kids. Clean bathroom. Helpful staff. Love the self order kiosks.

Good fast fresh hot food all the time never wait more then 5 minutes if that sometimes.

Clean area and service people will bring the food to you. The McDonald's in Tannytown will give you your food in a timely manner at a reasonable price.
