Dunkin'

This is a great Dunkin! My drinks and food were accurate and great!! Although it’s Christmas Eve and extremely busy, the ladies got the drink orders out fast. They were making upwards to fifteen or more drinks at a time. I appreciate the friendly service and the team this early morning was wonderful!

I have been to a lot of Dunkin Donuts in MD. This is by far the best one I have been to. I have been going out here for about a year and they have never gotten any of my orders wrong. The atmosphere is friendly and clean. The employees know how to work as a team. This Dunkin Donuts should be used as a positive example to other ones. Thank you guys for your service and I plan to keep coming back.

Super friendly staff that treat you like family. Shop was very clean. Coffee was hot, fresh and perfectly made. Shop is easy to get in and out of.

If you aren't in the mood for coffee and a donut you can get an ice cream or a milk shake as this location also has a Baskin Robbins.

You have some fantastic employees. I wish I knew all the names but James and Bella go above and beyond. My Latta is perfect whenever they fix it. Always greet me with a hello and a great smile. I've got to get the name of the other to young ladies. Your lucky to have such fabulous employees.

I want to commend Maria Dixon at the Taneytown Dunkin Donut store. She is always willing to assist whenever I walk into the store. She already knew proactively that I was coming to get a box of 12 donuts as I normally do as soon as I walked in this morning. Very nice

I'm greedy.
I bought a dozen donuts for myself and co-workers, but made sure to ONLY pick all of the donuts that I like.
Bobby found out today that he's allergic to Coconut donuts. I'll be picking more of those.

Outstanding service. Friendly younger staff…. Yet, polite, efficient…got my order correct….and delivered coffee hot…. And with a smile!

I love Dunkin donuts. So this is one of our stops everytime we go to Tawneytown. The donuts are always fresh. (Got to have something for the ride.) Lol

Was initially a long line when I pulled into the drive-thru but it moved quickly. Greeted by welcoming staff and service was quick and friendly. Highly recommend this location.

I wrote a long letter to the manager or supervisor of this store.To let them know that their manager of the store is one of the best managers.To have excellent employees that have a natural gift of customer service,only comes from good management.Maddy and Corey and Ryan all deserve incentives or bonuses for the way they carry theirself as employees.Like their job, isnt just their job they put fourth so much effort and are awesome.Thank you all

I love to get coffee here, and usually at around 11:00pm time I go here to get donuts and usually the workers are tired enough to provide one or two more donuts for free.

This establishment is fast friendly and the products are always made correctly for me! I love this Dunkin!

Everyday at least once I go Dunkin because they have the best prices on coffee not to mention the best coffee in the world
