Went here to get a code reader check and it was super quick! Definitely appreciated the help and how simple it was. Clean store. Pretty friendly crew. They didn't really talk much or make any eye contact tho. Felt like I was interrupting or was like bugging them coming in and asking for something super simple and very politely.

The best experience I ever received at AutoZone! After speaking with Iesha which is the store manager , she insisted on resolving my issue right away. Also made it very convenient to accomplish. I highly recommend this AutoZone than any other.

My car battery decided to die on our first really cold day of the winter season, so I called up AutoParts and was greeted by Hailey, who was so friendly and approachable. I told her my situation, and asked if I was able to get my car jump started and could bring it by, 1. Do they have a battery for my car, and 2. Could they install it for me. She found a battery in stock, gave me pricing and availability options. She said, if you can get it started, bring it on down and when you get here don't turn your car off, but rather, call me from the parking lot and I'll come take a look to see what we are dealing so you don't need to get jumped again. I got my car running with roadside assistance and made my way to AutoZone on Fuller, where I assumed I saw Hailey working on other people's batteries as well. I did as instructed, I called the store and asked for Hailey, but she was, as I assumed, working on other cars. I waited patiently until she came over and greeted me and addressed my situation. It was dark, snowy and freezing cold. AutoZone was short staffed that evening, and she had a green employee, so to say she had her hands full would be an understatement. She was hustling in and out helping me, helping other customers, helping her colleague and she did it all with a smile on her face. It was apparent she was spread thin, but she approached everyone with a smile, grace and more importantly, patience. We had great conversation while I shined my cell phone light under the hood for her, while her cold hands could maneuver their way around just to help me get up and running again. I kept thanking her over and over for helping me, because without her, it would have been a much more stressful situation for me, and she kept insisting that it was her job. But let me tell you, it's hard to find people willing to simply even do their job, and she went above and beyond. She was knowledgable in her craft, and more importantly, her people skills. Hailey was a true gem, and not only did she help me with my car, I truly felt touched as I drove home. Thank you, Hailey. You made day and my holiday season.

I had an unexpected dead battery in my car. And Iesha, Jordan and Dave went above and beyond to help me out in my situation. I would give them double this ranking if I could!

I had the BEST costumer service experience at this autozone location. My car started smoking as I was passing autozone so I pulled in to see if they could help me figure out the problem. I only expected someone to plug a reader into my car and send me on my way- but instead I was blessed to have someone as amazing as Iesha to help me during this stressful time! She went above and beyond, not only telling me what the problem was and what parts I would need to fix it, but she also untangled the belt from around my engine and pulled it out for me. I don’t know any mechanics in the area- she called someone she knew to come fix my car right there in the autozone parking lot. While the mechanic was fixing my car, she came outside multiple times to check on us and make sure everything was okay. I have never in my life had a better customer service experience. She was kind, patient and went above and beyond in all aspects. She needs to be promoted to manager!!

Iesha was so great and helpful. She helped me pick out a new battery and installed it for me. This is the 3rd time I’ve been here and they are always so nice and helpful!

An employee named Kalem changed my car battery. He IS AMAZING!! Very detailed, kind, cautious, and helpful! He went above and beyond, and I trust AutoZone now because of him.

This is a Awesome Auto Zone to come to. Early today, My car decided to die on me while me and my daughter was in the car. A lady stopped and tried to help me Jump it, but was unsuccessful. So, she ended up calling this Autozone to help assist me. That’s when IEASHA came SUPER fast like SUPERWOMAN to my rescue and put her jumping box on my battery, and BOOM!!!! It started right up! She was very nice, cool and professional. If I have to come across town just to come to this Autozone for service, I’m going to do just that. Thanks again IEASHA for coming to me and my daughter’s rescue 😎💯👍🏾

Came in on a super busy sunday needing to get my battery tested and Ieasha was so so helpful. It was slammed and she was the only person working the register, testing in the parking lot, and answering the phone. Even though she was clearly swamped she was still patient and helpful with finding me a new part and testing! Really can't say enough positive things, wish i could rate more than 5 stars.

they need to have more deals so they can stay in competition with with everybody. they bundle packages not throw it out carefully... the the DIY guy needs a little more help. the professional needs a little more help
.. both of them put their pants on one leg at a time.... if something to do her brakes and need to be complete something to do with motors and need to be complete something to do with windshield wipers and need to be complete something to do with tune-up and need to be complete something to do with just asking a question and need to be complete. pads rotors hardware kit brake cleaner I'll catch bass bucket hand cleaner and sometimes the instructions not just on paper but it should be from another person that you're dealing with at the store.. and always greet me with a smile let me stay a little while... so let's move forward. only thing we need to do now is get a casual conversation going and go from there That's a great place to shop this knowledgeable people there there's some people there that's not knowledgeable but then they listen and learn because the talk is to be the talk The talk is the talk and then from there if you say what you got to say and it's not what you said just being accepting it back as is but it autozone great deal I can see I love it there's a middle part there called love and hate sending me to different stores or have to wait on something to come in is okay but the inventory and see what you need and what you can soul and all will try to re-up daily weekly not monthly... then your customers be a lot happier happier then you'll be a lot happier because you done somebody a favor by helping them find something which they need to find and buy a really even attention off of off of what they need to do to notice that kept satisfaction on repairing the cars and is not saying big money at AutoZone autozone is the place to be for your automotive parts needed we warranty everything and we guarantee everything and thank you for shopping at AutoZone have a great day..... and feel free to call us back if you have any problems.. and we appreciate your business.

Ansel was a great help! My son and I stopped in for a tire gauge, he also has all kinds of lights on his dashboard lit up. Anesl insisted on hooking it up . Awesome I would not of known what to do . Great customer service Ansel is a great asset !

Haley, the shift lead, was extremely mature in the way she handled my issue. Unfortunately the return couldn’t be resolved, but the patience she held while I came to the solution was admirable. Would definitely refer to her again before starting another project.

Best job I have ever had a wonderful crew that has work with me being in a homeless with my two son everyone here has contribute in some kind of way for us not too be soo stressed as were trying too find a place to call home leaving Houston Texas and embracing this awesome small city grandrapids Michigan as our new home hoping to volunteer at de vos children hospital as I was born handicap with cerebral palsy but I'm relentless and will work hard too give the best customer service possible and learn from my peers Edward , will ,Rome , Tony , fremio , becca , Brittney ,and few others they continue too show us love and patience as I'm not in the greatest health or situation being that I have no family here thank you AUTO ZONE !!!!

I go to the Fuller ne store alot. The staff is real knowledgeable. Helps also if you know what you are talking about. I have had no problems at this location. Will to make calls to other stores if they don't have the part your looking for.
