Yesterday was my first visit to XLNT. 10/10 would recommend. The women in the shop are amazing. They’re friendly, patient and knowledgeable on all the products they carry. Not to mention funny as hell! Amanda assisted me with the purchase of a few products and they did not disappoint. 1 visit and I know for sure I’ll be a regular customer.

I waited to put a review in because I tried a new vape and I wanted to wait to review. 1st off went in to XLNT smoke shop (Not the 1st time) and met Amanda. She was very knowledgeable about the different vapes and turned me on to a new one (to me) Funky Republic. She said that they keep their flavor all the way to the end of their cycle (which it tells you the level of juice you are at on the vape, so cool). They really do keep their flavor mine is at the end and still tastes as good as it did when I got it. Thank you Amanda for the recommendation and I hope to see you there today when I come back! ;-)

I stopped by today to find a birthday present and a nice lady there helped me find the perfect ash catcher and a couple other things. Thank you so much again, I really appreciate you! This smoke shop has just about everything you could think of at really good prices. It's nice and well lit and clean inside compared to some of the other dingy ones.

I contemplated giving a one star review for the customer service I receive every Monday from employee Stephanie!! But i didn’t because all of the other exceptional employees that work at this location. It’s clear to me this one employee has a lack of couth and lacks customer service skills for certain clients. I work in customer service as well and pride myself on providing exceptional customer service to ALL my clients. All of the other employees recognize me and greet me with a warm welcoming but this particular individual acts like this is the first time she sees me and ask the same questions on all interactions. It’s truly sad in this day and age what certain people have to deal with. Definitely a poor reflection on the business but again I want to reiterate the rest of the staff members are amazing.

I called, had all of my questions answered by a very wonderful associate named Amanda. Came into the store, had all the options explained and price checked (thank you infinitely for your time) and I was out in under 10 minutes. To describe the team members service:

Slight edit: I went into the shop today for a new HQD cuvie vape and a 510 thread battery. I had to explain to two employees what a 510 thread battery was (it’s one of the most common types, but they only understood me when I said “like the ooze pen.”) and when I asked for the HQD they said they didn’t have any, despite a large display right behind the cash register. It’s still a GREAT shop and I will come back (and the employees were nice), but your employees need to know what they are selling.

This shop is wonderful! The employees are friendly and they have a wide selection of hookahs, incense, backpacks, shirts, water pipes, torches, lighters, dry pipes and a wall full of vape supplies. I’ve been here several times to buy a vape pen and incense, and I’ve always found the employees to be very friendly and helpful. Today I went in to buy a vape pen, a silicone pipe, and grinder. I had a budget of $40 for the grinder and pipe, so I thought I’d get a small, basic water pipe or dry pipe and a plastic medtainer grinder. As I was looking at the pipes, I saw a cute one that I was eyeing online. It’s a silicone water pipe that looks like an ice cream cone with pink ice cream, sprinkles, and a cherry on top. It looks very cute and realistic. It’s $44-50 BEFORE shipping online, but I decided to ask the lady how much it is. I was happily SHOCKED when she said it was only $25! What an amazing deal! I will definitely recommend this shop to other smokers.

A lady named Oshia helped me pick out some products and was very informative and helpful, she looked like she was managing the shop by herself and everything looked spotless, definitely deserves a raise!

Best smoke shop in hernando county, by far. The runtz pens are great!! Always clean and always friendly!!
