Immediately filled a Rx that was sent in by my teledoc app. Very friendly service and great sense of humor over the phone. If you send a Rx there just call and ask when to come get it. Chances are Tom will say, Come on right now!

Best Pharmacy I’ve ever been to. So happy to have moved here and have them.

COVID on vacation is no fun, but Sunshine Family Pharmacy was ready with Paxlovid called in by out of state doctors for patients with out of state insurance. Called us to come pick up the second the prescriptions came in and had it ready when we got there. We cannot thank them enough for taking care of us!!

Yesterday I stopped in for an item that was in short supply. At first the customer service cashier thought they were all out of it. A pharmacist behind the counter overheard the conversation. At first glance he thought the same. A minute or two went by. As I headed toward the exit he found the item in the back room and rushed over to let me know. He saved the day.

Awesome, friendly service. We walked though the door 10 minutes before closing and we were greeted with script ready & waiting for us. Very friendly & most helpful. It was a great experience while being sick on vacation.

Thank You Krissi for opening and running a Care Clinic in Duck!!! Staying the week in Corolla and our son got sick and the visit was very pleasant and helped our son feel better on Vacation.

Our daughter needed a prescription in a pinch and the good people at this pharmacy helped us out with patience and kindness as we are from Pennsylvania and after our doctor finally got things right on their end, they filled the prescription as a priority and I was out the door and back to my vacation!

So helpful, nicest most dedicated pharmacy On the beach! Most people are just behind the counter collecting a paycheck but not here! You can tell the all really care about the health of their patients in a world today where with drs, nurses and pharmacists alike, that’s hard to find!!

We were on vacation last week and 2 of our family members were in need of prescriptions. The people at Sunshine were so kind and helpful! Fixed us up!

Such quick and friendly service! Such a life saver on vacation! Our one year old had an ear infection and we were able to have her seen and diagnosed within minutes and the pharmacy filled her prescription in just minutes as well! Its about a 20 minute drive from Corolla which was the other great thing! Thank you for being such a blessing to our family! God is Great!

On vacation this week, my child - 18 year old didn't bring enough of her prescription with her. I called Sunshine hoping to support a local business versus the big box stores. They were kind, helpful, and even funny. Their service was fast and courteous, done with a smile. I highly recommend the personalized service of a smaller pharmacy. Thank you!

Super nice! No fun to be sick on vacation but the staff here were very kind. Hope to never need a pharmacy on vacation again but if I did…I would go here! Thankful for their humor and clean and organized store.

This is one of the last old school pharmacies in the world. It reminds me of Lyons Drugs in Steamboat but even better. Small, quick to answer the phone& answer questions, and they always remember your name!

Like so many people I had to work with Sunshine while I was on vacation. They easily filled an antibiotic prescription from my provider in Richmond and it was ready within 20 minutes and paid for with GoodRx. OBX is lucky to have this place!

We had to have a change in meds called in from home. Tom was a delight to deal with and our doctor at home shared that he was very professional with her too. RX was quickly filled, directions about sun precautions were given and we were on our way.

I wish all pharmacies were this wonderful. I love that when calling you can get through to someone right away, and they were incredibly helpful with getting an out of state prescription filled and nebulizer for our daughter when we needed one while on vacation. Just the friendliest staff!

I would leave 10 stars if I could. I am from Columbus Ohio and needed ear drops and the people in this pharmacy treated me like family. Made me feel very welcome. If you need a script filled when your in the outter Banks go here...they will take good care of you. It's really a shame little family owned places like this are disappearing. You will have my business anytime I'm down here!!

Pharmacy well stocked in such a lifesaver on the island. Location in Duck is perfect for residents and vacationers. You can't get a friendlier group of knowledgeable people running a pharmacy and they check your prescription and answer any questions better than any chain store. If there was a big box Pharmacy next door I would definately still go here!

Friendly and courteous staff, great to have a good Pharmacy in a vacation spot like this!
