Best USPS in the area. Only strange part is when the lot is full and the post office is empty. Maybe Dunkin Donuts customers parked there? Going to miss Glen. Happy Retirement to him!

Parking is not the best I'll give you that. The friendly service though makes up for it. Always had a great experiance. The guy that delivers the mail very friendly, amd great to my kids.

Worst post office I've ever dealt with. 3 different times I went in for an issue I got 3 different solutions that didn't work. Mail forwarding doesn't work half the time and I still get mail from an old resident.

I always had the up most respect for the clerks at this post office, well until 7.2.20. Young lady waiting in line for at least 20 minutes, NO MASK ON. Clerk waited on her, never inforced the rule of wearing a mask inside this post office. Then again why would it bother them, they r behind the glass. Thing young lady waited in line for about 20 minutes, and maybe another 10 waiting next to customer, waiting for the assistance from the clerks behind the glass. Was it my place r the clerks place to address this issue? Post master check the camera for 7.2.20 around. I say maybe 2pm r maybe a little after.

The review is aimed at the supervisor named Robert . We have been sent two packages from over seas , at the exact same time . One package came Wednesday perfectly untouched and required signature . The second package was left outside the next day without any notification. The package was completely ripped and wet. Many things inside the package were soaked and Both sides of the package were open. We called the post office where it came from and was insured and we were told to
Go to post office who delivered to deal with. We called the supervisor and told him about it. Not one word of apology! All he said was well it was the shipper fault and that this package didn’t require signature . And there is nothing he could do. He was so arrogant and mean that I prefer to drive 20 min to different PO just to not come there .

The person who says the clerks are very nice below me is wrong. The clerk in the Kenilworth post office with brown hair needs to get fired. He's very ride and nasty to the customers. I've lived in this town forever and he's been very rude. It's time to remove him

Went at 12:40, they were turning people away. I was done at 12:50 so it wasn’t that busy. Plus if open till 1 pm door should be open till then.

Guy tried to charge me 37.80 saying my package is over size when it’s clearly in their Size requirements….UPDATE another post office shipped it for 11.56$
CLEARLY IN SIZE REQUIREMENTS
THAT GUY SHOULD BE FIRED
