Great and friendly service every time I go there they helped me and even give me advice on the best way to sent my mails. I have a post office in my neighborhood but prefer to go there since I know I will have a good experience.

I sent 4 packages to my brothers and sister all over the U.S. and they all received them 2 days later and on the same day.

It's a US Post Office! People gotta manage their expectations when visiting such a place. I don't tend to have any issues here. The only complaint I could reasonably make is that silly plastic that hangs over the counter to "protect" people from the 2020 flu. 🤣🤣 It's actually laughable that people believe it does anything of the sort. That's just the Post Office for ya. Don't let it ruin your day. The person on the other side of the counter doesn't want to be there either. They're probably there only for the benefits.

I always go here for all my mails or packages. I know sometimes the atmosphere seems little less friendly but I can get my job done whenever I come here. It has parking lot at the back and has to walk around the side of the building but it is ok.

Never had a problem here. Usually quick service. Been using this location for about a year and they were very accommodating when I brought in over 200 wedding invitations.

It seems some people had a bad experience but I came here several times and always had a good and quick service.

I'm sure due to USPS layoffs, but there are fewer than ever workers. Which leads to long lines and lots of waiting. Can't blame the staff- they dont hire people and I'm sure they'd love more help, but it's always a long line here. Passports, money orders, notary...you name it, you're waiting on line behind it...just to buy stamps.

How is it in Google it saids open at 830 but I keep calling and no one picks up since 9 am and no pick up. I just want to confirm if they have my package.

Do they want to work? Waiting for a callback from the 800 number to let they know as well.

The removal of mail boxes around the town of Clark (this was done to save money), is bad enough. Now the drive up drop box, in the post office parking has been reduced to one, and it is ALWAYS full. Just plain stupid, and am hoping stupid can be fixed in this case. Please.

seriously one of the worst post offices i've ever had the displeasure to use. they never, NEVER have any flat rate boxes and have the most unhelpful staff imaginalble. I unfortunately have to use this office a few times a month and never once has it gone smoothly

The Indian lady that works there is one of the rudest people I have ever come in contact with. It’s amazing this lady still has a job. She was rude to the 90 year old woman in front of me along with another lady in front of me. When it came my turn she was also rude to me but I wasn’t having it. I called her out for being nasty and she changed her tune right away. If you don’t like your job don’t take your misery out on others. Yeah really must be terrible working a job with a pension and government benefits.

I’ve seen better post offices in Iraq. Where does the money go? 😪 why not use one of the 500 Clinics in Clark.

Found out today Clark Post Office closes for lunch. Not posted on the door. Clark Post Office, please post new lobby hours on website and your facility's front door. Not sure when this change happened, but it is not publicly known. As can be seen by the multiple people walking towards and away your facility today.

Their delivery people are lazy and don't ever deliver packages when they say they will if you can get your package from somwhere else do it because this place sucks and I mean it sucks more than any place.

I have been coming to this post office for several years due to the proximity to my residence, however, the female postal workers I have encountered have been consistently rude and condescending. The customer service is non-existent and nothing is being done to correct the issue. Very disappointing.

Horrible place. Customer service is non-existent. The woman who is always at the counter is smug and nasty. They offer no answers for an issues you may have and just keep telling you to go to Rahway. Trying to call a head? That's a joke. No one EVER answers the phone. I needed to pick up a package that was being held (according to tracking at Clark- and despite the fact I never asked it to be held). I called 16 times and no one answers the phone. When I arrived the woman smugly and rudely told me "Go to Rahway". When I asked her why no one answered the phone, because it could have saved me a trip there, she replied" because its at Rahway".

Don’t bother coming here close to closing. They ALWAYS close 10 minutes early. Multiple times i showed up, including today, doors locked early. Unbelievable.

On Tuesday, 12/1/20 I placed 2 Christmas cards in the outgoing mail slot inside this Clark, NJ Post Office. At the same time I mailed a package at at the counter. The package was delivered on Friday, 12/4/20. Terrific! As of today, 12/10/20, the 2 Christmas cards have yet to reach the intended: Montclair, NJ and Scranton, PA. I spoke with the 2 counter agents explaining about the package delivery but not the cards. Their response was that mail services are inundated and taking a minimum of 10 - 12 days! Incoming mail to my home is showing a 2 day turn around, information I shared with the agents to which they became mute. Such arrogant and misinformed employees, clearly warm bodies with ZERO knowledge of the process. Sadly, yet another example of predictable government employees. FYI: this location sends it's outgoing mail to Rahway, NJ before it gets sent to Kearny, NJ. AVOID this location and mail only from a 1 stop location.
