Been using this post office forever. Staff is ALWAYS helpful and answers any questions you may have, just speak up and ask. Never, ever had a problem with any of the staff, and have had them walk me though setting up international shipping for packages a few times (which can get a bit confusing).
Even during the Covid pandemic they remain calm and professional when customers are impatient and flat out rude. Five stars.

Nice place. Usually not crowded and staff are always happy to help.
Maybe some issues with parking, especially if you need to drop a heavy package inside (it's only a few parking spots in front of the entrance which always occupied even if no people inside).

The lady with glasses at the register is the nicest, friendliest USPS staff I’ve ever encountered. Also, this post office is clean and very well-kept. Forms, package boxes and envelopes are all organized. Well done, USPS Cranford!

Very nice postal staff. I find them to be courteous, polite and very knowledgeable. I don’t hesitate about asking them questions when I am unsure of something. The mail carriers are very nice as well.

I can't thank the Cranford Post Office employee 'Asia' for GOING OVER and BEYOND for me! She took it upon herself to go that extra mile to help me find my package. Sadly, you do not find ANYONE THESE DAYS that would do anything like that. This is my 2nd time in a number of years that Cranford Post Office really helped me out and they are SO VERY KIND! Thank you!!!

Today, I had to get out a large number of certified letters out and needed help. The clerks at window were great -especially Jennifer! She went way beyond the call of duty . Thank you so very much

Never thought I would give a USPS location a good review but here it is. Jennifer was very helpful in fixing a address issue. Very knowledgeable and personable.

The clerks are fine. There's only 2. Free Parking is horrible, 2 spaces. There is street metered parking around, not right in front.

I've always had good service here. In fact, I'm in Kenilworth and I prefer going over to Cranford Post Office. They are so much nicer, the staff are fast moving and I always get a spot right in front of the place.

Convenient location, free 10 minutes of parking outside, friendly and efficient staff, abundance of mail supplies. Sometimes the line gets a bit long.

I agree with the other reviews about Nikolia, the so-called manager. She is extremely rude and many times if there’s a long line will sit there asking for drop offs but will not provide a receipt so basically she does nothing to assist with the long lines, as a manager should. Useless. I have never experienced rudeness from any of the counter employees. Cesar and the woman who is always at the first window are wonderful

Staff is good but the facility need major repair/upgrade.
