Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Melanie was so attentive and energy forward. The two hosts up front were very welcoming! Food was amazing. We had the mushroom burger, salad, and wings. Came out within a good time. My favorite drink is the very berry limeade and it was amazing. 10/10 experience! :)

We knew Red Robin's had great burgers but who knew they had delicious pizza. Ordered the cauliflower crust meat lovers pizza and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. Will definitely order again. Everyone from the host to the servers was polite and attentive. All around good experience.

Been coming to our local Red Robin for years now. We've always enjoyed our food and our service. The parmesan broccoli is a delicious side! Melissa was our bartender tonight and she was super friendly.

Went there on my birthday this year and their brownie sundae hit the spot. Great food options including vegetarian hamburgers and bottomless fries. I wish they would bring back the smores milk shake. I would be there every day.

I hadn’t been to the Red Robin for years, well before the pandemic. The service had deteriorated and the food was not good. Tonite I wanted clucks so ordered them Togo. The staff that greeted me were very nice and my food was ready. The restaurant and parking lot was clean, basically, the team took pride in their work and product. Good job!

The food was excellent and so was the service! The only issue I had was the dining area was very dark. But everything else was great!

We had a birthday celebration for our oldest son today. His birthday is January 21st. Our waitress, Taelyn, did an awesome job even when she also had a large group of people who came in about the same time as us. We would request her again when we get back to your restaurant! Kudos for staying cool, patient and very helpful and doing a great job, Taelyn!!!! You went up and beyond serving us.

Our server, Angel, was super sweet! She was very attentive and so kind to me and my friend. We had a great time.

We had the Bacon Cheeseburger and a side salad, the Whiskey River burger with extra fries and the crispy chicken wrap with the Mac n cheese. Everything was awesome, yummy and we will definitely be back.

needed better service..never came back to our table for any refills- fries or drink. We were 1st ones in restaurant for Sunday lunch & service was lacking @ Des Moines location.

Stopped by while in Des Moines for dinner. The place had changed since I was last in. They remodeled the inside and have a new menu. The food was good, service was great and all at a decent price. Recommend when in the area.

The food here was nice. I really liked the waitresses. The atmosphere was a little bit loud but all in all it was nice and cozy. They were very attentive to our needs. The food here was absolutely delicious. They gave us plenty of napkins and straws. They were very quick to get us what we needed. All in all I would say that we had a fantastic time.

The staff here are great, kitchen always gets the order perfect. It's one of my favorite places to go in Des Moines.

This was just the break I needed in the middle of a crazy busy day. Very relaxed atmosphere and my food was prepared to perfection

Food was consistent RRGB! Poor wait staff were stretched thin! Not a lot of staff on but we got all our food together (17)!
Kudos to the chef and wait staff for doing their best.
Atmosphere needs some improvement, Dark and old smell!
