Fast and friendly service.

This Starbucks (like many other Starbucks) is super-convenient to get to from the freeway. In this case, we were driving from Seattle to Portland on Interstate 5 and had a hankering for coffee and a snack. Easy to park, eat, and get quickly back to the freeway and on our way.

Fast and efficient service. My mobile order pickup is always ready when I get there. Drive through can be long but if you’re patient enough it’s not that bad. Bakery items are delicious and drinks always come out expected. Never had any complaints. Thank you to the staff here.

This is one of the only drive-thru Starbucks in immediate area and they're more than capable and get through the line quite fast and always consistent with their drinks and service whoever's working the window is always pleasant and in a good mood.

Order was done to perfection. The young lady at the drive thru made my day. A smile and friendliness sure goes a long way.

Very basic Starbucks. The staff seems very apathetic but I guess it would be hard to get excited about this job so I get it. Food and drink was good.

As other reviewers have said, this is a coffee place that has to accommodate hundreds of orders all day long, so be a little patient. Even then, the wait isn’t bad at all.

Service is always wonderful from the regular baristas. Occasionally I see someone new working with a less-than-stellar personality but they don’t stick around long anyway. Highly recommend.

The service was completely kind and understood the situation of why me and my mother was there in that area. Thank you 😊

I had really given up on Starbucks. The attitudes of the people employed there just seemed to get worse and worse and I am sorry when one is spending good money daily and receiving surly treatment in return uh uh not for this chick! Today however after receiving a gift card I thought oh well have to spend it sometime I went into this store at the Lowes parking on PCH. I approached the counter expecting the usual but there stood Rin to take my order. A big smile a great greeting and my order was kindly taken. Then on to Ben the barista who made our drinks who also did so nicely and delivered them to me with a smile. Its not that hard when someone is spending their money at any establishment to treat customers with respect and for customers to expect such and do the same in kind. Thank you both so much. In fact it even made the coffee taste wonderful 😘

Absoultely amazing service. When I went there were 2 people working, both were very friendly and helpful. My husband said it was the best tasting cold brew he has had in a long time. So happy this is the one closest to my new house.

Updated my review. Employees always manage to work through the long lines efficiently and friendly. My orders are always filled correctly. The only issue I have is when the drive thru backs up in to the parking lot.

I went yesterday to get my free b-day drink and the girl in drive thru she was really friendly and wished me a good day and happy birthday. So thank you for a good start of my b-day 🎂 🥳

Love all of the selections they offer for coffee and eats. I especially like the application that allows you to order ahead and your order is ready when youn walk in so you can skip the line and be on your way very quickly. Also like that I can get lower calorie options. Overall good place for coffee and eats.

We went through the drive-thru and the line was long and we had to wait for a bit. However to my surprise, they said that we didn’t have to pay because of the long wait. Staffs were super friendly and great! Definitely coming back here again :)

Phenomenal service! When I sent my mobile order to the wrong location, the manager remedied the situation in 5 minutes!!

Also, this location is clean, friendly, and inviting! Not a lot of study space, but great for meeting up with someone :-)

Everyone is always friendly no matter what time of day I get my caffeinated drink on. They even remember my name and what I like to drink. A welcoming Starbucks for sure. The manager is nice too. Gotta love that!

Fast friendly service

They have great customer service! And great timing! BUT when I go on weekends like today I stopped by at 7pm and it was already closed & I checked online before going and said it closes at 8:30
