Very helpful with during out my issue. Friendly staff but able to get what I needed with minimal stress.

Braden was AMAZING with helping me and my husband figuring out why our check engine light was on ordered the parts we needed. He went over and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. HE NEEDS TO BE A MANAGER!

Went here to get a new battery and new windshield wipers. Marissa was so helpful and knowledgeable! She had me in and out in no time and had great customer service! Will be coming here again!

Jonathan was absolutely stellar. He was helpful in determining the problem with my battery, giving me options for how to proceed, and then installing my new battery. He got it done right and quickly and did his best to help me with my headlight before we realized I’ll have to take my bumper off. Really great service and great staff.

Braden is the man to go to. 10/10 customer service experience. Got me in and out. Replaced my light bulb on my car. We need more people in this world like Braden. 🥰

Visiting from NY. Plastic cap was lodged into fuel neck (long story). Marissa was helpful and kind. Free rental of a snake camera scope, a sink drain snake from Wally world, some basic tools and we managed to get it out. We had stopped at a nearby competitor prior and the gentleman was more worried about counting stock than helping customers. Family we're visiting commented that this will be their parts store from now on. Thank you Auto Zone for great service.

This is a review of AutoZone auto parts located in downtown pageland South Carolina.
This has become my go-to store if I need something for one of my trucks or cars.
Almost always a fully stocked store I don't fault them for the occasional supply chain glitch.
I have found that the staff here is always helpful always friendly always polite and always professional and willing to help either find a part or help install light bulb or windshield washer wiper.
I assume this is for everyone although I am a disabled veteran and maybe they take pity on this old looking guy. Either way the staff here is awesome 🥰

Helped us decide if we needed a battery. Auto- zone is our go to for cR problems.

I came in for a new battery and Daniel helped me. He not only had almost the same car as mine but was very knowledgeable on what I needed. He was training 2 new employees but never seemed overwhelmed or aggravated AND he installed my new battery without any delay. His customer service is great and much appreciated! Thank you!

Quita (not sure of spelling) was AWESOME! She did a great job researching the correct spark plug for my generator and then the appropriate corresponding deep socket to remove the existing spark plug. Grateful for her professional and friendly approach and the great assistance she provided today! Thank you!

So I am having a rough time right now because I lost my job and just recently got another job and don't get my first check until the 9th of this month. I would like to give a special thanks to Meghan B. She really helped me out in my hard times of need. I needed oil for my car, so she stepped in and purchased oil for me and made sure that I had enough oil to get home. I really love her outstanding customer service😄😊😁thanks again Meghan😊😁😄

5 stars because Marissa was incredibly patient & helpful. I was having issues w/ a 2001 Acura several weeks ago. I had been given bad advice & poor service at two other local places. Marissa looked at the vehicle, worked her magic, solved the original problem, & also installed wiper blades. I was at my wits end after my experiences w/ 2 other parts house stores, she was so kind, knowledgeable, & helpful. Thanks to her, we will now only use Auto Zone.

I'm giving 5 stars because of the dude named Chad. He's the most helpful person at any AutoZone I've ever visited. Unlike most who will look at you and immediately look away and scurry down the parts aisles, or hang out in the back hiding from customers, this guy actually wants to help. I look for him everytime I go to this store.

Friendly service and staff, installed a taillight bulb for me last night while I held the flashlight!
