I'd like to say thank you to the crew over there. You treated me with respect as soon as I walked in, nothing but a pleasurable experience, brought in a laser cut charm that needed polishing. And they didn't hesitate to get it done. Mirror finish with jum ring. Exquisite work done by them. I even ended up buying a necklace from there for the charm. It feels good to give back to our local small businesses. I just want to say thank you to everyone there.

I love Garris Jewelers! My family has been doing business with them a long time. They are always friendly and helpful especially if you’re not exactly sure what you want. You can never go wrong with Garris Jewelers. Hands down the nicest staff and you couldn’t ask for better jewelry work. Mr. Garris and Amber listened to all of our wishes and matched us with the perfect wedding band to go with my engagement ring. Because my ring is antique and different, not just any band would work with it. Mr. Garris and Amber were able to come up with ideas for what they could do with the band to make it work and I couldn’t be happier!!

I moved into the area 2.5 years ago and have used Garris Jewelers a number of times. Their friendliness and professionalism has been unmatched in any other establishment in the area. They do great work, in a timely manner, and their prices are fair and justified. I will not be going to any other Jewelers in the whole greater Charlotte area! Top notch

This place is AMAZING!!!! Every time I go in there they are so helpful. This time it was for First Communion bracelets for my granddaughters and again they did not disappoint. I never feel pressured when I go here because I don’t always purchase but when I do I am always satisfied 😀 Thanks again!!!! I’ll definitely be back.

My wife and I are new to the area. We stopped in to get two watch bands sized. Everyone in the store was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Not only did they get both watches done for me extremely fast but then took the time to show us several items in the store my wife was interested in and helped us set up a wishlist. I have found my jeweler!
