Otto's Express Car Wash

We visited our new Otto's Car Wash this weekend to get my wife's Armada washed and to set up her membership. We were greeted by Stone who was super nice, very professional and walked us through the process. The membership levels and prices are very reasonable.
The car wash was great and smooth; not the bumping and jerking you get at some places. The detail area was spacious and clean. The vacuums were awesome and I was really happy with the floor mat machines. One does a great job getting the dirt out with spinning brushes and beating and the other offers you the option of deeper clean using water and drying them.
Happy to have Otto's here in Freeport. Visit them soon; you won't be disappointed.

Awesome! Otto's in Freeport! I used them for the first time and I really think they over did themselves from the smiling faces to the Terry Clothes and Shine Bottles. WTGo! Thanks, my Truck needed a good, deep cleaning!

Checked them out for first time. Was greeted by Stone who helpfully explained all their options. Upon entering wash, staff wiped bugs on front windshield and wiped rear area. Ran vehicle thru and did a great job. Very surprised how well the vacuums worked. Sure everything is new but other carwash's vacuum don't work well. Topped off by using the air lines and micros to wipe water off. Definitely will go back. Check them out!

First off I wanna say, as a club member that lives in SRB I wasn’t quite expecting the Freeport one to be as top notch as the SRB but to be quite honest both guys working were incredible! The one guy Stone Vaughn was as good as it gets. The other I didn’t catch his name but he was awesome as well! I can see Stone moving up in this company very quick or work anywhere for that matter. Very social and made me feel extremely welcome. Will be coming back to this one just as much as the SRB! Also wanna give our a shoutout to the owner, he has the corner of the market for car washes around

My car was a mess and had clay all over the outside, they were so nice and had me go through the car wash twice to make sure everything was as clean as possible. I appreciated the extra effort and customer care, I will for sure visit again!

What a great team you have at Otto’s in Freeport Stone signed us up for membership great customer service.Gene and the rest of team always go above and beyond for the customers I love the smiley face they do with soap for my granddaughter on the window.Everything is so clean there when you go to the vacuum cleaning area and love the rug cleaning station.Keep up the amazing job!
