Lisa was amazing! She was completely understanding of me not being completely sure of what I wanted. Always kept a smile on her face and made sure my toddler loved her ice cream afterwords. Definitely will be coming back and hoping Lisa will be here to help us again. Best customer service and friendliness!

This is too funny to pass😂 on a review of this location! The theme of our party, CATS! The taste of the cookie cake, great! The art, well you be the judge😂! I should tell you that we measured the thickness of the letters because it was raised incredibly high! 2" LOL

Cookies were good, they have a lot of ice cream varieties. The service was good but could be better. It was just a little slow. Very clean and it seems like a family owned location!

What Ice Cream / Cookie place closes at 6p and 7p?! Stopped by at 7:20 for an after dinner treat and they were closed. Super bummed.

Arrived after they opened at 12:15, and they did not have their cookie cake by the slice ready. What kind of Great American Cookies opens without one of their most popular items ready? It shows that the employees aren’t ready and obviously don’t complete their prep for the day. Very unprofessional.

This location doesn’t taste the same as other great American cookies. Don’t recommend. Cookies don’t taste fresh.
