It's very rare that people at stores like Advance Auto go out of their way for customers. My truck was stolen and recovered 3 hours away with no battery. Without question, Zach got me a brand new one (I purchased one 6 months earlier) at no cost and saved me a lot of pain. Outstanding store and great staff.

Everyone at the store is so helpful and goes above and beyond what I would ever expect. They are all super knowledgeable. I would never shop anywhere else for parts. My truck is up and running again. Thanks!

Amazing service from Kenny! We have used this auto parts store for 10+ years and he and the staff are always helpful! Spent 20 mins changing out a light bulb on my daughter’s truck. Costs me $10. They will always get my business.

Came in to get parts for a complete new front/rear brake job, as well as a few other things and had 5 star experience. Alfred was absolutely amazing. He helped me right away with a long list of parts and double checked everything. Alfred had a great attitude and top notch PR skills.

Went in to purchase a battery and Zach offered to change it out for me, which was awesome. Especially considering that it was 105 degrees outside. And he was so nice about it! Then Krystal was amazing at answering some questions about a check engine light issue for our gas cap. She is full of knowledge and knows her stuff. Thank you for all of your help!!

Friday evening panic before hot summer travel to New Mexico, thought my car needed oil. The young man behind the counter, longish hair, mustache, jumped into action. Checked the oil for me in my car and found there was no problem. I can't tell you how grateful I am. As a Mercedes driver, I've become dependent on the dealership, and at 7PM on a Friday in West Austin, that would have been a disaster. Not only did he help me, he was polite, and kind. That's worth a million bucks these days! Thank you. Thank you.

Krystal is absolutely AMAZING and helpful at this location. Gave me great advice and recommendation on a auto repair shop in the area. My A/C was blowing hot and it was a simple fix. So grateful! Highly recommend this location. 🙏🏽

I went in looking for help with some cosmetic stuff on my 2013 Toyota. Very helpful staff and I got a great product that will clean up black nicks and my yellowed headlights. Easy fixes and very friendly staff! I’m glad I went there instead of the dealership. I’ll go back!

Thankful for Advance Auto Parts and the staff. Huge kudos to Alfred who assisted me with my check engine light. His knowledge was amazing and walked me thru the steps of getting it taken care of. The whole staff there has specialist for German, Japanese and American vehicles. I highly recommend them all. Thanks again to Alfred!!!

Just Like the Old Neighborhood Auto Parts...Heaven

Ask any DIY gearhead--you know, the ones who aren't afraid to get dirt and grease on their hands and under their nails--what they couldn't live without and most would answer "my neighborhood auto parts store."

And the one we have in Bee Caves is top-of-the-line. It's not because they have a good stock. They do. It's not because they will help customers with simple installations such as batteries and wiper blades. They will. It's because they are so damn nice and helpful...every time I go in there. They even recognize me and greet me like I'm an old friend. I trust them and they trust me. You can't beat that these days. Wish more businesses were run this old-fashioned way.

We had a lot of issues with our battery and Zack was nice enough to run test and help us determine the issue. And then changed the battery in 103 degrees!

When I had coolant issues with my Dodge Charger I decided to stop in to chat with the guys here to see if they could point me in the right direction since I just moved to the area. I must say that Wes and the guy who’s name starts with an E (my apologies, I am horrible with names) are two of the most helpful and truthful guys I have ever come into contact with. They both gave me valuable information on how to handled the mechanical issues I was experiencing and for that I am ever so grateful. Will return if I should need anything for my vehicles in the future.

Excellent Service! I highly recommend going to this store if you have any battery issues. The entire store team was nice, courteous, professional and knew what to do to resolve my issue.

This is a standard discount auto parts store and cleanliness, selection and availability are on par with any other one. The reason I give them 5 stars is, the staff are all very cool, welcoming and helpful. I'm in about once every 3 months for maintenance items and such. Recently I bought a waterpump and some belts and have no complaints. Better prices and quality on most parts than Autozone.

The young lady that locked up here on Tuesday night. I would like to thank. My truck broke down and I had to wait in front of store on tow. She came out and checked on me, asked if I needed anything before she left. Good people still exist!!

I went in for an oil change today and was told that the battery test result showed that I needed to replace my battery. I have not noticed any issues starting up or any signs that my battery would die soon. Went to Advanced Auto Parts, they offered to double check and said my battery was still in a normal range and did not need to be replaced. The guy who helped me was nice and able to do it very quickly.

Great employees that checked my battery for me before I purchased anything. My battery was fine, just a preventative check! No pushy sales, just a very (obviously) thorough sales crew that knows their business! I asked for some recommendations in the area, for shops that did customization work for my Mustang GT. These guys went out of their way to try and help me. Unfortunately, I still haven't found a local place or mechanic that is familiar with customizations, like brakes and exhaust systems. I'm still looking. But it's not because these guys didn't try to assist me. I will definitely be back for my cars basic upkeep needs. Great attitude by the staff here, which can be tough to find in the auto supplies industry.

Very helpful team of ladies & gentleman they go above a beyond!!! No words could express how much y’all helped me. I am especially grateful to ya’ll!!
