I wish I had read reviews off of the StyleSeat platform before booking this awful stylist. I'm now convinced those reviews are fake because reviews on Yelp are absolutely terrible. Please avoid the mistake that I made and absolutely DO NOT book Rayesa Smith at Antrese Allure in Walnut Creek, CA for any services. She is incredibly unprofessional and cancelled our appointment an hour before I was supposed to arrive because she "had a rough day". When I expressed frustration over being a new client and her wasting my time, she rudely replied that "she didn't need me as a client anyway". Never have I dealt with a stylist who was unapologetic about a last minute cancellation on their end and offered no concessions or options to make the situation right. It's clear that Rayesa lacks professionalism and customer service. Do not patronize her business.
