Enjoyed our visit to this Starbucks location. It was light, bright and clean. The three staff members that helped us out were awesome. Warren, Sydney and Caitlyn were warm, friendly and professional. I cannot praise them enough. It was pleasant and enjoyable. 5 stars all around.

I got my coffee Christmas morning and was met with the happiest jolliest employee I’ve ever met. Faith! She made my experience and morning start off so well. So thankful for the experience! 10/10 employee!

I want to give a big shout out to Amanda. Thank you for making my day. I love my stitch drawing on my cup that I am keeping forever and love the stitch pen. Thank you for going that extra mile to put a smile on my face. 😁

The best Starbucks!! My new fav, go to. Always get my drink correct (it's a little complicated, yes I'm that girl). The bathrooms are eco efficient and always so clean. Great selection of snacks. Close to house-added bonus!! Super friendly employees!! No matter what "shift" is working, always friendly and seem happy at their jobs. Something that you don't, unfortunately see at many Starbucks anymore. Most employees act like they don't want to be there and if you "alter" your drink AT all they get super irritated. Not the Starbucks I remember going to. Now however I have found an "old school" Starbucks that treats the customer with care and friendly service and really truly acts like they care about your order and want to be there doing what they do for us coffee fiend's.

I went through the drive thru and Faith was the sweetest and happiest person ever!! She made my day this girl deserves a raise for her amazing customer service

The first store I ever started going to when I discovered Frappuccino’s! Always great service love the Barista’s here, great customer service and make our drinks superb! Thank You Allysa & Erin! 🤩🎉

Even when the line is long here, the drive thru is super quick and easy. The food and drinks are always good and consistent. The staff is super friendly and are always a great start to the morning!

Came back to update my 2 star review from a year ago; this is now my favorite location. I don't know what happened to the one barista that used to be rude, but everyone at this location is always so sweet, and they always make your drink right or correct it with a smile. Biggest shout out to Faith and Peter, seeing one of them always makes my day.

Absolutely made my day going to this location. The man with the blonde hair was extremely nice and professional when we told him we had some car troubles. It absolutely made my day how warm and inviting he was also offering us any help he could provide. I will definitely choose this Starbucks over many others in the future.

My favorite Starbucks. They are so friendly and never grumpy. They always get my drink right - in fact, they know it so well that when my husband tried to order it wrong - they recognized it and asked if it was for me and made it the way I like it! Thank you Sam - you and the rest of the team always make my visit a five star!!!

This store is lovely! It's always impeccably clean, the drinks are made to perfection every time, and the staff is just wonderful! Paige, Anthony, Kate, Sarah, Sam, Becky, Lisa, Michelle, Nate Brandon, Mary, Amanda, David, etc. you guys are all incredible! You kill it everyday with the customer service, drinks, and cleanliness. 10/10.

So my friends car broke down at the drive throu. The Starbucks employees did such a great job on helping us out. They came out and made sure we were ok. They made sure that we didn't feel bad or anything. Thank you all so much for the help. You guys are the best team at Starbucks. Just wow so thankful.

Best Starbucks in town! It's the staff that makes it the best! They are all friendly and helpful! Remember my order and Tiff always goes above and beyond makes me feel important and appreciated! Besides the great coffee the staff pumps me up to start my day every morning! Thank you! ♡

Erin at this location is Exceptionally nice. She answered all of the questions I had didn't rush me and was overall very nice. Great customer service ! Shirt wait times. I usually don't review but this location deserves a good word. This is a 5th time I'm at this location and the employees always go above and beyond.

Peter was working at the drive through and he was a very friendly and helpful person! Im happy to come back to that Starbucks

Excellent service with a smile. Surprisingly, unlike, other Starbucks locations that have an integrated drive through - this location seems to have its timing on point.

There is seldom a line here (except the morning and lunch time rush), and the orders are always pretty spot on. Drinks are made accordingly and are always served by a smiling face.

Most certainly among my favorite of the Starbucks locations in McHenry county.

I went through the drive-thru yesterday on Valentine’s Day and the gentleman working the window (who reminded me so much of Troye Sivan) was so kind and helpful. I will make it a point to come back to this specific Starbucks for very fast and pleasant service. Usually my breakfast sandwich comes out cold in the middle at other stores but it was perfectly warmed and my drink was delicious.

Order taken with a smile and made promptly. Food and drinks were great and I love the seating area at this location.
