Taco Bell

Went there last night around 9 pm. Waited a very long time in the drive through. When we got to the window, it was apparent that the young man was the only one there working - taking orders, cooking food, packaging orders, cashier, and serving inside customers. He was working calmly and methodically to take care of the customers as efficiently as one could running the entire operation on his own. Was so polite. The food was delicious and the order was accurate. We gave him a tip. But, he deserves a huge raise. I hope he is appreciated for the awesome employee that he is. And I hope the other customers appreciated that he was on his own there.

It's Taco Bell...cmon...I always have great service here. And the food...well I miss some of my favorites, but I can always find something that I enjoy.

This location is serving up the only decent Taco Bell I have had in a long time. The other locations around here have had some terrible tasting food, bad tasting pale Baja Blast, etc. I've gone to this one multiple times recently and everything has been tasting great.

Fast service very polite. Unlike the mchenry taco bell where you could die of old age in the drive thru

Great junk food!! Chedder Chalupa was pretty good. Highly recommend trying the Cinnabon bites.

This is my favorite Taco Bell. Drive thur is a little slower than some other locations, but they are super nice, prepare food consistently well and I always get enought napkins and usually a mint and moist towlette.

I've had several poor experiences at another Taco Bell that I had given up on them until my family assured me this location wasn't like that. They were excellent. The employees fixed my food accurately and it was great. The cashier not only was polite but she read back my family's slightly complicated order to make sure it was correct. This is a great location.

On 11/24/2020 at 5:15 pm i went through the drive thru. My horrible mistake on being unprepared, i placed my order and couldn't locate my debit card. My order was small. $4.90. I literally as an adult felt terrible canceled it and told them ill be back. They did NOT let me drive off. The amazing sweet lady working the drive thru- charged my card whatever she could and placed her own employee discount. I was shocked and almost did NOT want to accept her generous action. However, they gave me my two items and drink. What this lady did not know is that i am 6 months pregnant and was on my way out of the area. Her kindness kept me from going back and forth. it is the smallest of acts but it meant a lot to me. I cannot wait to go back and get a chance to thank her again and return the favor. Great employees! good Management.

They always make my order right and the food is good unlike the Woodstock Taco Bell which is no good

Very clean place. The workers have been very pleasant. Would definitely recommend this place.

I will say this the best taco Bell in I have ever been too because:it is always clean, the employees are always nice to us, they never got an order wrong, they social destince, they always give just enough cheese so there is not too much or to little it is the perfect amount. I would totally recommend driving a little farther if you have too because it is that good.

Best breakfast ever! Price and service were exceptional. They even put a wet napkin, napkins, and mint in my to go order! Never had another fast food establishment do that before. Hats off Taco Bell of Cary, IL, you're doing it right!

Whoever took my order tonight definitely deserves some recognition, he was respectful af. normally i get the kind of blow-off ishism from a place like this(no insult just i understand the "teenship") However tonight was a relief. Food is fresh, host was respectful and I couldn't be happier. I hope this "new/revamped" taco bell costumer service stays consistent.

Fresh, hot, amazingly good, and the young man at the drive-thru window was very nice. Soft shell taco supremes and crunch wrap supreme; not too busy on a Tuesday at 5:30ish. Definitely recommend, if you're in the area.

Great food, fast service. Now... I know it's not "great" by all standards, it's fast food... but this Taco Bell above many others always delivers hot fresh food and rarely makes mistakes. Real good.

Nicest guy ever in the drive thru. I work nearby and get food at this Taco Bell often and every single time the man working the drive thru is so kind!!!

This particular taco Bell is super quick and has great service. Also the breakfast is super cheap and delicious. Try it if you haven't already.

I have only had the best experince at this location, great staff, super friendly, they even provide wet naps and sometimes a mint lol, one of my favorite locations and I live about 35 mins from this store
