I always stop for the chocolate chip cookies. Grab some if you haven't. They are always fresh and good.

2 times my order was missing items.

I will never go here again.

Nice new restaurant, good hot food.

But, 3 different employees there, cannot do their job correctly.

You have a great location. Very few 24-hour restaurants.

Please hire a new manager.

Updating my review from a handful of year ago. This location has definitely stepped it up. Orders are always accurate and fresh. I think the app ordering plays a big part in that.

The graveyard staff are absolutely superb, I hope they are all getting compensated accordingly. Very nice people and the food is always hot and fresh. I’m convinced Cary has the best McDonalds.

My daughter is a chicken nugget connoisseur. She has tried every McDonalds in the area and deemed them all unworthy except for this one. This location consistently makes their chicken nuggets perfectly. Not too soggy and not too crispy. Two thumbs up from my 4 year old.

This is an excellent location right off Highway 14. The people in there are very friendly. You don’t have to wait too long. I’m in this place that is very very busy. It’s probably one of the busiest McDonald’s I ever seen but even so, they willl serve you promptly.

I stopped by with a friend last night. Had a big order. The food was given to us quickly and it was HOT! All my items had great taste and temperature. The lady who serviced us was amiable. Great job taking care of your customers. Will come back when I’m in the area.

Went for some nuggets to Fred my younger brother, used the app staff was friendly and got my order quickly.

It was very clean inside and so nice employees!!

I usually visit this McDonald's late at night or after midnight. There's usually the same team of ladies working that shift. They are all friendly, pleasant and run a smooth and efficient shift. They recognize my voice in the drive-thru!!!

I had been at work about 4 hours longer than expected and my husband went to grab food, best cheeseburger and 🍟 the best that I've had from a McDonald's in forever.. I was famished however lol. But he did say the cashier was friendlier than normal service and he and our co worker sat down inside to eat rather than take it to go, so it was all around a happy meal! ( While I slaved on working lol) I can't complain my food was hot and good!

I like McDonalds (specifically in Cary, but generally speaking most McDonalds meet the same criteria and expectations because there are no surprises or disappointments - ever. The coffee is always great, the burgers and fries are always hot and served as expected. The staff is always friendly and courteous. Those are the the qualities I look for in any food chain and McDonalds has mastered those qualities as their history reflects. It’s a great deal for the money.

In a hurry, grabbed a double cheeseburger at the store, not the overcrowded drive-thru. First time inside the building after the remodel. Very trendy and neat as a pin. I'd say it can be a great spot to meet a friend for a cup of joe or a client to discuss some biz. Later to Starbucks and Panera (we were given some Panera breads-6 loaves and whatever they treat them with, they stayed "fresh" for a few weeks until our chickens finished them off)

Bear with me here, my review requires a bit of background to explain the 5-star rating; To be honest, if I could give the man working there on the night of 6/8/16 at 3:30am a rating higher than 5 of 5 stars I would.

I would like to start by saying that I eat fast food MAYBE once a month, and on the rare occasions that I do (due to getting off of work at odd hours, usually) I receive my food and immediately regret my decision. The food is never nearly as good as an extremely famished mind imagines it to be. I find myself wishing I had bought a pack of gum with my dollar menu money, as that would be more satisfying.

With that being said- Tonight I decided to stop at the McDonald's in Cary on my way home. I pulled up to the drive thru to order a chicken sandwich, at the last second I decided to live a little and add bacon. I was surprised to hear that my total was $6.08... it is fast food after all, but I paid and continued on my merry way to the pickup window. I found myself waiting for what I calculated to be 14 minutes and 34 seconds.

For those of you who think that microwave time is the slowest moving of all activities, try sitting at a drive thru while thinking about a chicken sandwich with bacon... I could feel myself aging as I sat.

I became more and more impatient as the place I sat seemingly became the place in which I would die of old age, but I was determined to receive my $6 mediocre fast food sandwich.

At minute 14 the man appeared at the window with my bag of food. I thanked him and drove off in a frustrated hurry. As I drove down the road, the smell of the sandwich overwhelmed my senses; I had to take a bite of this piping hot sandwich. When I opened the cardboard treasure chest that housed my meal, I was unable to eat it right away as it was very hot- a fact which I found odd for a sandwich that I had assumed was microwaved by a half asleep minimum wage employee. I patiently waited for the golden bun, crispy bacon, and grilled chicken to cool to a temperature that I could withstand, and took a bite.

This Sandwich. This fast food grilled sandwich, was the most AMAZING fast food item I have ever consumed. The bacon was crispy as if homemade- It was not floppy and rubbery as fast food bacon generally is. The chicken was juicy and easy to chew. The bun- oh god that bun- was toasted to perfection... I could tell that whomever was manning the grill had buttered the bun and grilled it to the highest standard of golden brown. Even the vegetables, which usually compare to a soggy dish rag, had crunch and flavor; the tomato actually tasted like tomato as opposed to mushy, yellow, mealy, flavorless garbage.

This sandwich was absolutely glorious.

Thank you McDonalds employee. I am sorry that I doubted you during my wait. Give this man a promotion/raise/bonus/trophy. I will be returning to that particular establishment.

Drove thru our local McDonald's to grab some dinner after doing some running around. Decided it was time for our little guy's 1st Happy Meal!! Awesomeness!!!

Who ever was working on Thursday night August 30th, let’s me just give you a round of applause because that was the best damn burger I have ever had from a fast food restaurant. It actually looked like the one in the picture, good job.

Fast service and cheap prices.. check your order before you leave now that their making 15 an hour alot of mistakes are being made. Better service before the wage increases...

Out of a lot of McDonald’s i have been to this by far has the best customer service satisfaction
I was welcomed fast and order was made fast. I stayed for a while and they have a very cheerful attitude towards everyone :)
