AMAZING! Paul was recommended to me by a friend, and I am very pleased with Best Value Home Inspection. Paul is the one to choose if you are looking for a thorough, professional inspection that covers the entire property. Paul goes through property outside and inside leaving no stone unturned covering concerns with needed corrections and frequently teaching as he goes. I did not feel rushed, but felt he wanted to make sure I understood each area. He frequently gave tips on the care of home and even ideas on how to improve drainage, increase efficiency, maintain home, as well as what areas were of safety concern. Definitely the best value! Paul Wells was able to complete our home inspection within just a couple of days of us having a contract on our new home. He was comprehensive, extremely thorough, explained everything as he went, answered all questions, and clearly is an expert in his business. 3 1/2 hours and we appreciated all of it. The report was 50 pages with photographs! Then, he returned to check repairs. We would recommend him highly.

Paul and his wife, Lisa, were very helpful during the last two home inspections we had. During both inspections, Paul was very thorough, personable, and kind. He walked us through every step and explained everything to us. He made sure we understood each thing he inspected and what he was looking for. If something was not right, he explained the way it should be. He made sure we had all the information possible for us to make the best decision moving forward on both homes. As first time home buyers, the process has been hard, and while we did not get either house, Paul made the inspection part very easy. We plan on using him again once we find the next home.

I highly recommend Best Value Home Inspections! Paul is absolutely awesome! I have had several home inspections in the past, but none compares to the service performed by this fine company. Paul is very bright, knowledgeable, and thorough. He pays attention to even the most minute details, and his reports are super well organized and easy to read, accompanied by photos to better enable you to understand the information and provide as evidence to negotiate a better home price. During and after the inspection, Paul made himself available to explain the important findings, offer recommendations, and answer all questions in a clear and easy to understand manner. And I would be negligent if I did not mention the contributions of his wife, the office manager. She did an amazing job of helping to document, organize, and record all of the findings in a clearly written, detailed report. On top of everything else, I was surprised at the length and depth of the report as they left no stone unturned. Of course, if you prefer to read a simple summary of the major findings, they include that also! Finally, I can say without any reservation that Best Value Home Inspections saved me from making a bad purchase on a home that was a money pit. Paul and his wife did an amazing job. Paul walked through the house with us and explained everything. He was very professional and put things into words that we could understand being first time home buyers. We received the report within almost 24 hours of the inspection and the inspection lasted around 2-3 hours. He also included pictures of the issues he found and gave his opinion on the value of the house. Would highly recommend him and his wife to anybody and would 1000% use them again.

Wow! As a first time home buyer, I can’t express how very grateful we are for Mr. Wells. He was so thorough in doing our inspection, he took the time to actually TEACH us about everything from caulking, decking, power washing, pipes freezing…everything! Paul Wells has done 2 home inspections for my husband and I, and he has been so great! He arrives on time, and knows his stuff. I would recommend him to anyone that needed a home inspection done. I highly recommend Best Value Home Inspection. Paul went above and beyond to complete a home inspection for my husband and I. He was very responsive and was able to answer all questions my husband and I had. He took his time and inspected every inch of the home. He did not miss a thing! If we had a concern he would focus on the area until our questions were answered. He did not hesitate on anything and was very knowledgeable with his work. We couldn’t of asked for anyone better. He gave us some recommendations on things that could be done, what could wait, what needed to be fixed immediately, etc. Not only did Paul do excellent work he also was very friendly. He was also helpful and offered us some recommendations on who we could have fix certain things or if we wanted to fix them on our own he gave us his thoughts. He allowed us to be present at the inspection and follow him. I also want to give credit to his wife. She documented everything and asked questions about the home as well. She recorded everything and is writing a final report on our summary today. I feel like having both of them made the process run super smooth. Paul was able to physically inspect while his wife documented everything and wrote the report. Paul also took several pictures and explained everything in detail. When looking for an inspector Paul and his wife are top notch!
