I don't understand the reviews for the "very very rude staff". We needed snacks and to use the restroom before our light rail trip into Seattle. The attendant was friendly and cracked jokes about how anxious we were to use the restroom.

I suggest stopping here over the others in the area.

8 min away from the car rental facility and the gas price is fair. No problems at all.

Always friendly and very clean place. Gas prices are always lower than other Chevrons and gas stations brands in the area.

Good price gas and really kind workers

I swear that place looked like a pig pin, outside was foul ,thank God for the islander guy named George he ran off the riff raff as they were trying to steal in the store, those cashiers are hard core imagine what kinda stuff they deal with on a day to day .....

We spent $41.42 to fill our tank at this Chevron Store 94411 on 7/01/18 at 20:15:01 according to our receipt. I needed to use the ladies restroom badly. I went in to find the restrooms blocked off. I asked the female clerk why they were blocked. She said "They are closed at 8:00 pm every night." I said, "But, I am a paying customer- I just filled my tank, and I need to empty another!" She still refused. I suffered as a result of this. I am very upset. How do you deny paying customers, especially those who can and should expect this service from a 'service' station? I intend to make a formal complaint to corporate, because I know this is not policy, and it is downright wrong of her to have denied a basic tenet of customer care to me.

Course, two different gas station access across street, Chevron clean standard & quick basic items. Note: After a fill up on gas; my credit card did a temporary authorization hold $, until the actual amount cleared. Not quite sure? But, took few days for clearence & $ wasn't not available on card.

I usually fill up with Chevron gas, I filled up at this station 8 months ago with my old car and noticed it lost some power, and my mpgs went down. Fast forward to last week with a new car, filled up here once and the same thing happened to the new car. I think they have a problem with the storage tanks leaking water into the fuel, or this station isn't really selling Techron fuel and is just for show. After 2x of bad gas in a 8 month period in 2 different cars, I'll never get gas here again. Both cars ran better, and went back to normal mpgs after filling up at the Chevron by home.

Two reasons to go to a gas station:
1) get gas
2) pee
I was able to do one of those things

I stopped at the gas station prior to picking up my granddaughter from school because I needed to use the restroom when I walked in I asked the cashier if I needed the key for the restroom. He asked me if I was going to buy anything I said, yes, after I use the restroom, he pointed to the back I went to the back the door was locked. I came back up and I told him the restroom was occupied and he said it’s not open. I asked what do you mean it’s not open he said it’s not open. I replied, do you mean it’s not available and he said yes and I asked him is it because I haven’t bought something and he goes it’s not available it’s not open I told him you realize I’m not gonna buy something right now and take it into the restroom and he said it’s not open it’s not open, don’t go here. This guy is absolutely nuts. I am not some drug addict. I was dressed professional, and this idiot still had the nerve to tell me that it was not open just because he wanted me to purchase something at that time is this a gas station or is this a just a convenience store, because as far as I’m concerned, gas station still had public restrooms

Bought a homeless person something and the cashier acted like it was the worst thing in the world. Zero compassion, couldn't comprehend someone being kind. Sickening behavior

Extremely rude employees including their manager. Careful when you run your card. There was a fat cashier who was rude after I asked him and a lady so called manager is clueless.

Clearly the guy over charged on some items with the price tag on it, charged my kids extra 50 cents on all items, meanwhile I was pumping gas and the prices are 20 cents difference. So then I see one of my kids running to the car because he wouldn't let them use the restroom. Then I go question him and all of a sudden I don't know you have your things, now you can get out!, is what he said and went right back to face time on his phone. Rude don't go there ever, put them out of business.

We are paying for gas for our 3 vans after 2 hours of driving and bought food from inside and employee REFUSED to let us use the restroom unless we “bought something” which we did. Was very rude about it.

Let gas run until the automatic stop and still didn’t fill our tank. He turned the gas off on us because nothing else would come out.

Lady didn't know how to get me my gas or was stealing my money because I've seen her here before and today i told her pump 3 no $ on the pump go back in she tells me i said pump 7 didn't even sound similar not to mention i was the only car in the lot most ppl would usually say something about the wrong pump in that case THEN she tells me she can't switch the pumps. Wrong I've literally had them move my funds to another pump no problem here lived here for 4 years now. I have to move my car get to the pump 7 then my moneys not on the pump She laughs at me when i come the store asking what's going on now. Saying it got pumped and that i can wait to figure it out.. excuse me i have to be at work! This is not funny and NEVER have i ever had an issue like this at ANY gas station before demanded my money back and left . I will not be returning after this the staff here is way too rude to basic normal regulars yea there's shifty ppl in the area but you don't need to be always treating ppl like they shouldnt be coming in
