Emerald City Smoothie

Don’t listen to the boomers review-bombing this place. The smoothies and açaí bowls are fantastic. The music is a normal volume. They are understaffed but very efficient despite it. My favorite local smoothie joint.

I don't understand all the bad, whiney reviews. It's not that hard folks (especially those in a rush), place an order online - which I did this morning and even got a nice little discount - pick up and enjoy your smoothie...simple. I placed an online order and my girlfriend and I picked up our two smoothies this morning with ease as they were ready right when I walked into the store. Very delicious too, loved the variety of fruits and boosts you can add-in.

We'll be back...again :)

Their smoothies are, by far, the best I've ever had. Customer service is adequate unless you get Michelle, who is the manager. She is amazing - cheerful and helpful, and gets our rather complicated orders correct and on time. If they could hire 5 more of her I'm sure their ratings would be all 5 stars. Thank you Michelle! 😄

I come usually early in the morning and have always had the best experience. I love the smoothies and the employees are always wonderful. We came in this morning and my son wanted a “Spider-Man” smoothie (which is any red smoothie basically) and the girl made him the best little smoothie with strawberries and raspberries. He’s a happy little dude :)

I love going here for smoothies! All the workers are very kind and good at their jobs. The price is about usual for a smoothie place, if you don't get something with a bunch of protein, gainer, or "boosters", it's actually pretty affordable.

This place makes great smoothies and the people are nice and work smoothly and efficiently. The lady below who left a 1 star reveiw prompted me to give these guys a reveiw they deserve since i witnessed the interaction they had. The ladies story is accurate accept that while the co-owner made her smoothie, she would not let go of the prices being different than she expected. Did she have a request? There was no request, just complaining after they told her that those were the prices. Then dont order a smoothie if you dont consent to the prices! She had an out and still complained. The employee at the register did not know how to handle it after the constant complaing: all this while they tried to rush her smoothie out for her work situation. If it were me, i wouldnt wait in line if i was going to risk being late to work, so while it was not wrong of her to ask on the smoothies eta, it was just a bit ridiculous, and something they were just not equipped to answer with how busy they got. Would you ask on a smoothies eta that you just ordered? Maybe, but when you couple that with the price complaining, everyone in the store noticed how difficult she was. Customer relationships are two way, not one way, and i felt the co-owner was just protecting his employee and his business. I might add, that he did not kick her out. She asked for her money back in the middle of her smoothie being made. The co-owner simply requested a different treatment of his business to the lady, and said he doesnt want her here if she couldnt fo that. Very fair , well handled. I might add, that ethically, i think its wrong to leave a bad reveiw toward someone offering a service if youre the one who breaches the contract or agreement.

Literally went straight to the highland location right after lakewood and let them know that my smoothie from lakewood was horrible. I was willing to just buy another one. The nice lady apologized and said it was on them. I got the exact smoothie, the slim n fit chocolate pb. It tasted 100x better! Thank you. I will never go to another location out of convenience. I highly recommended this location. I've never had a bad smoothie here!

Love the people who work there and service, kind, way and above, love the variety of smoothies available, I would say most comprehensive blends ever, I can't wait visiting Washington state only to crave their smoothies, my personal favorite is The Sambazon! An out of earth invigorating sensational goosebumping delightful experience and taste, a mix of Acai, Strawberry, Cranberry, Almond Milk, Whey Protein! I would love to try The Mango, The Berries, The Greens as well as much more choices, it's really exciting to have such a place and above all the good people who run it, wishing them all the best and most success!

Can’t remember her name but she made the best banana berry crunch sub the banana w/pineapple my son had a blueberry blast it was amazing best out of all the ones in pierce county I’ve been to them all

This place is Amazing! Keeping my diet low in sugar and the girls who helped me were amazing helping me customize my shake to get exactly what I wanted, something that tastes good, AND fits my nutritional needs. BZ. Tastes great too!

Best experience Ive ever had at an emerald city smoothie. Normally the staff is uptight and judgy... Not here!!! I'll be back for sure

Busy. Had to wait outside while only 4 people are allowed in store at a time, But that's Covid😭. The staff was friendly and very fast to fill my order. I love this place
